Just wanted to share my experience at this HIX where I had a one night stay this weekend. Location: Rather good. Near to the Shin-Kobe Shinkansen station, 5 mins walk along the river. The location is convenient for Shin-Kobe station, but a little bit of a walk from Sannomiya (Kobe City centre) station. The building looks quite apalling from outside and the neighbourhood has similar buildings in very worn condition next to one another. Not the place to spend extended time on your honeymoon. We stayed here for five days. The rooms were small, as Japanese rooms tend to be. 2回目でしたが初めてに近い神戸旅行でした。 ホテルまでは神戸の街中と違い、静かなたたずまいの中を新神戸駅から7分ほど歩いたところにありました。新神戸から生田川にそって遊歩道を歩くのは、街中と違って、旅の疲れも感じることなく、とてもいい感じでした。 JRとホテルのパックで、セミダブルのベッドのシングルユースというのが一番の魅力でした。 ホテルのロビーはこじんまりとして、宿泊客には無料のウェルカムコーヒーのセルフサービスもあり、とてもよかったです。　バスルームも広めで、とても清潔感があり、よかったです。ホテルでは、シーバスでの遊覧の割引券も販売してあり、1200円が1000円で、神戸港を約45分間遊覧できました。 新神戸駅からは地下鉄やループバスなど、三宮や元町までつながる交通機関が連結しているので、まったく不便に感じることはありませんでした。また新神戸駅構内には、インフォメーションもあり、いろんな地図やアクセス方法など知ることができました。 スタッフの方は一人を除き、笑顔が無く、淡々と仕事をこなすといった感じが見受けられました。こちらがお願いして、していただいたこともありますが、笑顔というのは見られませんでした。 ホテルの駐車場は宿泊客以外（友人）でも時間貸しで1時間200円で貸していただきました。 街中の高いホテルより,立地環境からして落ち着けたような気がします。 more
