So easy to get around Kobe just buy your daily bus pass and away you go. Be sure to do China town and the Sky cable car at the Hreb Gardens. Take cable car to top and walk half way down. Just wonderful and the views of Kobe are awesome

Right beside Kobe's wonderful Chinatown, 2 minutes from JR Motomachi station. Entrance is very small (looks more like the one for a condo) but not difficult to find (right beside a coffee shop). I stayed in a single room - small but clean and comfortable. Shower with no tub but it's separate from the toilet (many hotels in Japan come... More

Most of the 'things to see' in Kobe lie within Sannomiya and Motomachi, unlike Kyoto and Osaka where you find them spreading apart. So choosing the right place to stay in Kobe is important. We tried Sannomiya but the average range (slightly more than 100 USD) of hotel was fully booked. Bizfort was seated nicely between two cafe: one being... More

Thank you for staying at Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel. Also used to be known as Tokyu Bizfort Kobe Motomachi. Thank you for the compliments for the location of our hotel. Yes, it is a shame that our entrance is very hard to see. The lobby is located on 1F for the café on the ground floor, We hope that... More

This hotel is located right next to china town and in the middle of Kobe. It is also extremely close to two convenience stores and coffee shops. It's minutes away from the Motomachi station which is a stop away from Sannomiya. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and spoke a good level of English compared to other Japanese hotel staff.... More

We had a top floor room in this new business hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent, 5min walk from Motomachi station, 10 minutes from Sannomiya. It is also right next to the entrance to China town and a large shopping street as well as the night life area. The staff were helpful and efficient and spoke good English.... More

Location: The hotel is very centrally located, minutes from the Motomachi station, shopping area and Chinatown, and walking distance to the Sannomiya station and Kobe Port. It was easy to hop on the train to go to surrounding areas like Rokkosan and Koshien stadium. Room: The hotel looked very new, and our Economy Double room was a pleasant surprise. It... More

Room was larger than average for Japan with quite a big bathroom and the shower was excellent, with all kinds of power shower nozzles! There were free drinks from 3pm onwards in the lounge area, this included coffees from the machine, tea, ice tea and water. Excellent idea! Our room was on the 14th floor and had brilliant views over... More

We stayed at the Bizfort Motomachi for one night in July 2014. This is a great little business hotel! Service is very good, rooms are clean, modern and bright and the location is excellent (opposite the landmark Daimaru department store [so you can easily stock up on $200 square watermelons] and about 2 minute's easy walk to the station). Wifi... More

This is primarily a business hotel, but I loved that it was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We stayed there three nights. The hotel was within walking distance from the Motomachi train station and there are escalators and an elevator if needed. This is important because some train stations in Japan are stairs only, and if you're luggage... More

This hotel is quite new, so the building and equipments are still new and clean. The room is large enough compared to other business hotels around the area, and most of the time they offer good price. They do not have bath tub in guest rooms, but the shower booth is roomy with functional shower equipped, which is more than... More
