Location: The hotel is very centrally located, minutes from the Motomachi station, shopping area and Chinatown, and walking distance to the Sannomiya station and Kobe Port. It was easy to hop on the train to go to surrounding areas like Rokkosan and Koshien stadium. Room: The hotel looked very new, and our Economy Double room was a pleasant surprise. It... More

Room was larger than average for Japan with quite a big bathroom and the shower was excellent, with all kinds of power shower nozzles! There were free drinks from 3pm onwards in the lounge area, this included coffees from the machine, tea, ice tea and water. Excellent idea! Our room was on the 14th floor and had brilliant views over... More

We stayed at the Bizfort Motomachi for one night in July 2014. This is a great little business hotel! Service is very good, rooms are clean, modern and bright and the location is excellent (opposite the landmark Daimaru department store [so you can easily stock up on $200 square watermelons] and about 2 minute's easy walk to the station). Wifi... More

This is primarily a business hotel, but I loved that it was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We stayed there three nights. The hotel was within walking distance from the Motomachi train station and there are escalators and an elevator if needed. This is important because some train stations in Japan are stairs only, and if you're luggage... More

This hotel is quite new, so the building and equipments are still new and clean. The room is large enough compared to other business hotels around the area, and most of the time they offer good price. They do not have bath tub in guest rooms, but the shower booth is roomy with functional shower equipped, which is more than... More

The location of this hotel was great. It's very close to JR Motomachi station, which is one station away from Sannomiya and two stations from the Kobe Station. It is also right next to Chinatown where you can get those famous pork buns. It is also across the street from the department store (where you can always find an ATM... More

Great Hotel, great location (Motomachi - not far from Sannomiya). Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be better BUT there is a Starbucks in the same building. Located RIGHT NEXT TO CHINATOWN with great food!

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and were absolutely satisfied with everything. Location is top one in the heart of the city, close to all sightseeing spots, shopping malls and transport hubs. Room was small, but very comfortable and efficiently planned. Bathroom is high tech equipped, all necessary amenities and perfect usability. Unlike other hotels in Japan, air in... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, traveling from Kyoto to Nara and then here in Kobe. This is a 10 minute walk from JR Motomachi station. This hotel was a surprise for us because we were expecting a typical Japanese hotel with small cramped room but this is the exception, this one has all the hallmark of a... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's near JR Motomachi Station, and only a fifteen-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. If it is raining and you are walking, go down Flower Road and then make a right into the Hondohri Mall - it's a long, covered shopping arcade, and turn left when it ends on to the road where... More
