I was in Kobe for a business trip and I stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel is located near Seishinchou station. Seishinchou station is about 30 mins away by subway from Sannomiya. The hotel is elegant as it is. the staff were nice and kind. Around the hotel, the restaurants, convenient stores and some other shops were... More

Great location, clean rooms, Wi-Fi is working well. If you are using a Japan Rail Pass, the train line here is not part of it. I loved the suburban feel with families strolling around the huge square in front of the hotel. I loved the shops around it. I highly recommend it if you need a base away from the... More

Stayed at the Seishin Oriental for just the one night. The location is at the end of the train line and is adjoined to a shopping complex. As I did not use any other service within the hotel, except for the room, I can only comment that they are considerably larger than the norm within Japan. And the price for... More

The hotel is quite elegant, is located inside a shopping mall and close to the metro. From the 14th floor, the rooms on the right also have the view of the bridge (very suggestive). Free internet wi-fi, but only in the hall. The rooms are provided of cable for PC. A very good choice in Kobe

A nice small hotel in a strategic location near subway, grocery and mall. Staff barely understand English but were sincerely helpful even if they are so busy. There is only 1 person at the front desk who also attends to the phone calls and requests from guests. Like for example, I requested for a scissors, and the one at the... More
