The hotel is close to Boeki station (~5 minute walk) on the Port Liner train from Kobe airport and about 10minutes Sannomiya station, the center of town, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. It is an efficiently run inexpensive business hotel. The room was tight, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but palatable. There was yogurt, white bread, crescents,... More

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station, a great base to explore Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto and Hemiji. The room is small but comfortable, free wifi in public area and in the room. Breakfast was good with free coffee in the restaurant during the day. Value for money and we would love to stay there again.

This hotel is really nice and comfortable, near the Sannomiya station (10/15 minutes walking) and the staff can speak a correct and understandable English. I love its lounge where you can enjoy some hot drinks (from a machine, but the quality is not so bad) while surfing on Internet, (free wi-fi in the lounge and in the bedrooms) reading a... More

When in Japan, you will probably want to be near the shopping, dining and sightseeing areas but not exactly be in it. The business area where Hotel 123 is located in is a quiet and tranquil part of town with large sidewalks. Within a 10-minute leisurely walk you are in the main shopping and dining areas or the Sannomiya station.... More

The hotel is located near to Sannomiya Station. It is convenient for the day tour sight seeing. The price is definitely value for money. The breakfast(provided) is good with comfortable places to sit around. The employees were helpful and friendly. Room is clean, though a bit small. The wifi was not very good. It is a good Hotel to stay... More

Excellent business hotel about 15 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station. Not too near to the main shopping street near the station, and can be quiet at night. But Kobe is safe, and not a problem. Breakfast included and strong wi-fi in rooms. Many other business hotels located around this area.

I stayed here for 12 days with my husband and son. We really enjoyed our stay here - the room was comfortable and clean, with a television and the famed Japanese washlet. On my floor there were laundry facilities and a vending machine. The breakfast that was offered was very nice and totally adequate. Offerings included teriyaki chicken, sausage, miso... More

I stayed here for one night. It is about 15 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. There is a nearby 7-Eleven. Front desk staff greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The staff spoke little English so communicating was a bit of a problem. Room is a bit small and basic but very clean. Interestingly, there was no kettle in the room... More

Toyoko Inn is the standard to which I compare business hotels when I travel around in Japan. My room at Hotel 123 was marginally bigger than a comparable Toyoko Inn room. While the bed was clean and comfortable, dark streak marks (from luggage friction, perhaps) on the brightly painted walls made the room seem less than immaculate. Nevertheless, there were... More
