The best part about the hotel was honestly the food. I have never had a better meal than the one that I had at the restaurant, but if you're looking for a beautiful room with a comfortable bed nice bathroom, you will be sorely disappointed. The staff was wonderful, and they were very kind, but there was a bit of... More

Thank you very much for staying in our hotel and giving us review of it. It is such an honor for us to hear that you enjoyed our food. However, we're sorry to hear you experienced some inconvenience here. All stuff at reception has been trying to learn English. We'll keep making effort to reach the point to make you... More

We stayed 4 nights, four of us in a comfortable suite. The high point was the fabulous breakfast buffet, with a lot of Mediterrenean-style dishes. We all kept hitting the boulliabase - best I've ever had! Even for breakfast.....

Thank you very much for staying in our hotel and giving us kind review of it. It is such an honor for us to hear that you enjoyed the time, the room and our food. Our 6 suites are newly and fully renovated, and all of them are beautifully different. The shapes of glass-gazed bathrooms are different, with a variety... More

Room is fine...no English television programs...and interesting sign in lift about breakfast...due to small breakfast space you are asked to be prepared to wait 60 minutes before and after. We found out what that meant when we went and found a 40 minute wait...we think, but are not sure, that you can reserve a breakfast table ahead of time.....

The Hotel Piena Kobe is a very nice place to stay, mostly due to its proximity to the major transportation hubs like the Kobe-Sannomiya Station. It's also dead easy to find and has a prodigious and well-crafted breakfast buffet. Pros: I'll start with the breakfast since that's really the main reason you would stay here. First, it's very well appointed... More

Breakfast is amazing! Sometimes the queue for breakfast might be long, so the staff will give an approximate waiting time, ask you to leave your room number and they will call your room when a slot becomes available. More time to rest~ Breakfast has a wide spread of breads/pastries/cakes/salad/cooked food...even Kobe beef! Their selection of beverages was good too, the... More

Stayed a couple of days there while visiting Kobe and surroundings. While the hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, it is located within walking distance from thr Shinkansen station and downtown Kobe. Very clean and cute with nice staff, free high-speed Internet, and a very good (but quite expensive) breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you're spending a... More

A little bit far away from Sannomiya station. The room is small but clean, and the stickers on the door are very cute. They prepares Mikimoto's shampoo, conditioner and body soap, it's a luxury brand! Of course the breakfast is the reason why I chose this hotel. It was so delicious that we spend almost 2 hours in the restaurant... More

Room is kind a small. But you'll get everything in the room. You can find many cute and beautiful things in this hotel, pastries, coffee, lobby with many cute little toys for kids to play. Prints of bedtime stories on every hotel room, eg. mermaid, Pinocchio, tinkle bell and etc.

Most of the reviews have covered the vast array of food that is amazingly offered at breakfast, and how this hotel has been rated the Best Hotel Breakfast for 3 years in a row. What impressed me was the orderly way guests are seated at breakfast. Most people go around between 7-8, so seatings are every half hour. Once a... More
