Piena Hotel offered us our biggest room during our 15 days visit of Japan. 3 children 2 adults in 1 very big room with a great view on Kobe at a very affordable price. Great breakfast, very good products and taste. Staff very profesional and helpfull. Definitely worth while a stay!

Great room, clean and big. Breakfast was so GREAT, many choices and flavor was good too! No matter they was chosen as "The best Breakfast Price 2013" The honey paste and cake sold at front desk was delicious too.

For those complaining about room size, two things: A) This is a Japanese boutique hotel set up for Japanese business travelers who are smaller in stature and size. B) Price-wise, very reasonable for a small boutique hotel (perhaps expensive compared to average/lower end hotels). The staff at the Hotel Piena Kobe were very friendly and helpful. Internet in the room was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will stay there again next time we visit the beautiful city of Kobe, Japan.

Nice! I like you special goods (jam). Lobby has coffee provide and free wifi.

The price is reasonable since I had special discount. The location is very good, you are able to visit the most of tour place by walk. They also had free-drink during the night but I rather having room service. I was not interested in sweets stuff but it might be good for sweets lover.
