Arrived post typhoon damp and tired. Staff were very helpful, lobby smart and modern. Good views over the city and Peace Boulevard. Room titchy with lights that turned on and off if you banged the headboard. Bed on wheels could go for a slide too! Breakfast good and varied and amazing views as restaurant on 25th floor. Good location as... More

The room was a bit cramped because there were three of us and we had an extra bed but I think without the additional bed the room would have been spacious enough. Room was nice and clean, modern and had standard amenities. Bathroom was small but compared to others I've seen in Japan it was actually not bad at all.... More

The hotel is located on the Peace Boulevard which is perfect. Close to the parks & museums, shopping, food etc. Train station is a 30 min walk / 15 min tram ride. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was OK, quite a wide selection and worth going just for the views over the city - restaurant is on... More

Tiny room, which is the norm for hotels in Japan, but clean and serviced daily. Adequate if you're out sight-seeing all day, dining at night...and just need a place to sleep. But not suitable if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room. Our room on the 20th floor had a nice view over the city, which... More

We stayed only 1 night but the hotel was simply perfect. Large rooms, comfortable and well positioned (5 minutes walk from the Memorial Park) We reached the hotel from the Train station (JR Shinkansen) with a direct train in 10 minutes. Close to the Hotel there are many restaurants and shopping centers. We had also the opportunity to taste the... More

The place is clean and the room has a normal japanese size but the bed was very comfortable and we had everyday 2 bottles of water put in our room. We had a very nice view on the town and it at 10 min by foot from the memorial.

We only stayed two nights but the hotel staff were very helpful, especially as I needed to post the key to my previous hotel back! We had a twin room which was a good size for a Japanese hotel. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the selection was reasonable. I would happily stay here again.

My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were pleasant and spoke English well. The hotel itself has 25 levels, with a restaurant on level 25, with amazing views of Hiroshima. The room was clean, had great aircon had sufficient space for my medium sized bag, and my parents large pack plus a little wriggle room. We... More

We arrive with another couple late in the afternoon as we had a tourist stopover in Himeji on the bullet train from Tokyo. This was part of a Japan package so I have rated the price average. As the information were received said to take trams & walk to the hotel, we decided to take a Taxi from the Station... More

We stayed here for one night in April 2014. This is a big corporate chain hotel so it's not boutique or different from the norm. But as chain hotels go, it was a pleasant stay. The welcome and reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke decent English. The room was very small, but that seems to be a recurring... More
