The hotel has a great location, just a few hundred metres from the train station. It is quite old, and the decor is dated and a bit tacky, but unless you plan on spending all your time in your room, that shouldn't matter too much. The rooms are relatively spacious (even with four beds in them) and the beds are... More

Rooms are clean and tidy, Location is very good because it's very near to the station. Good service, they understand and speak English well but no in-room WIFI. It's only provided in the lobby. I recommend this hotel for business purpose as well.

Everything of this Hotel is good. I just don't understand why when I hang the "Do not disturb" tag outside the door but the cleaning lady still went inside to my room. Towel that I brought by myself was moved from the table (I put it on a plastic tablecloths) to the handle of the chair. I didn't use the... More

Very good service at reception. English here is ok, you can make yourself understood. Rooms are clean and tidy. A little "outdated" with the decor but not tired. Location is handy to main area, trams and JR Station. You can take a 2 or 6 tram that goes to Hiroshima from the main bus station and get off at the... More

This hotel truly is close to the station but just make sure you exit the street car side. The service was very good and the room was particularly spacious for Japan. I got it at a very good rate. Check out the remote control for the toilet seat, another one for the drapes. Take a ride in the corner lift... More

Nice hotel, we could walk to the main shopping areas, about a 20 min walk, we caught a taxi to the A Bomb Dome at night, but could've walked. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant on our last night. Would stay again.

The twin room was massive by Japanese standards, with a separate sitting area and a separate vanity area opposite the also-large bathroom. A little dated in decor, but very comfortable. Breakfast offer included Japanese and Western options. Just minutes away from the main train station and a 20 minute walk from the main shopping area and only a few mins... More

Overall it was okay. Staff was friendly but didn't understand English. We reserved a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for 1 night but got only a 2 bed unit. The AC did not work properly not getting cold. Asked the staff to check it while we were sightseeing and when we got back late in the night,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our two teenage sons in August, when we booked we thought that we had booked two rooms but when we arrived we found that we had only booked one room for 4 people so imagine our surprise when we walked into a twin room with a sofa lounge and a portable bed. If... More

This Hotel is extremely out-dated. The décor is so old some things were falling apart. Our door key was an actual key if that's an indicator. We were in a non smoking room but I swore I could smell cigarettes. I would advise against paying extra for breakfast to be included as it was very basic compared to what we... More
