This hotel located in central of Hiroshima city. Many department stores, malls, boutiques, restaurants, convenience stores were around the hotel. This hotel looked a little bit old and darkish, especially a window and an air conditioner were very old. A bath room was renovated recently and it looked clean, it was so comfortable. There was no wifi in the room,... More

Noisy, noisy, very noisy is the best description of level four. Otherwise, location is really good with many dinning venues within walking distance. Front desk staffs are very helpful, speaks simple English and have no problem guiding me to the few destinations I queried.

My friends and I stayed in a standard room for a couple of nights. On arrival, impressions were good; welcoming staff, location in the heart of Hiroshima close to restaurants, a shopping arcade and the peace park and memorial among other landmarks. The room itself looked dated in deco, and the beds crammed in, though were comfy enough. The room,... More

I was surprised by the old and stained carpet floor. Bed is not best, but you can survive. They give you a plug to connect wifi in your room if you request it. Rooms are small, like most of western style hotels in Japan. The bathroom is all new and nice. We arrived at night and after check in just... More

After being cramped in other hotel rooms,we chose a japanese room. The room was big and quite comfortable as the bedding was on the floor japanese style with table and cushions. the location was terrific, very close to everything in walking distance. The price was very good compared to other places we stayed at.You did not have wifi in your room, but in the... while traveling or while on a business trip you may have different needs. All we needed was a good night sleep and a central location and a place to plan for the next stays such as lounge or a wifi in a room. The hotel is rather clean but we would like to point out some things that were quite... More

We stayed in Japanese style room no.407 4th floor, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was quite a large room with nice big bathroom and entrance. We also had a little japanese garden. One of the better hotels we stayed in. We had breakfast included- a mix of western and Japanese. It was ideal really. The staff were very helpful... More

I stayed this hotel for attending conrefence. Lobby seems okay but once I entered the room, it is very small. Toilet and bath is good as it maybe refurbished. Good depth of bath tab and toilet with shower function. Room is so small. Refrigirator is nice and big but no space to store my suitcase. To only space available is... More

Worst hotel of our 3 week trip in Japan. Tiny two single beds room transformed into a room for 3. No space between beds, table and chair stuck between the beds in front of the 70's "night table-console. My body felt every single springs in the mattress. Dirty carpet all over but clean and recently renovated bathroom. And to top... More

We've been to Hiroshima with family and children and I admit that the hotel has a very good location. Just few steps and you are in the middle of shops, restaurants and stations. You just drop off your luggage and you can go and explore this nice city. The room is clean but Japanese size and style which means small.... More
