On a positive note the hotel is in a good location and cheap. The rooms are very large and are reasonably clean. It is however faded & reminiscent of a 3 star Best Western style hotel. The breakfast was quite good, although there were some random selections such as curried meatballs with spaghetti. You get what you pay for.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Great location to Peace Park, Okonomiyaki mura and main shopping area. All walking distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We asked them to recommend a good anago restaurant and they found us an awesome one! The room is very clean and quite new compare to some other hotels on the same grade. Only... More

This was by far the most modern hotel in this chain that we stayed at. Room was the biggest by far and was nice and light due to a large window. The reception is on the2nd floor - reached by elevator or stairs .Once checked in ,you need your room key card ( you get one each) to activate the... More

Room and lounge are very clean, bed is double size. desk are wide but shallowness. Free Internet connection service is available using wired and wireless. Guest can drink coffee and tea for free in lounge. This room is around 70 USD/night without breakfast. It takes about 10 minutes from city train station. However it is a little difficult to catch... Best chain of hotels in Japan. Really clean and new, friendly staff and decent sized rooms (we stayed in a twin). Would recommend and would book this chain in other cities too! Location is good too, though a little bit further from the tram it was still only a couple of blocks.

Stayed in a lot of these hotels and this is one of the best, modern clean rooms that look and feel better quality. Situated just off the main drag , maybe 5 mins walk and you can get to all the shops you need. 15 mins walk from peace park. Great for one or two nights

Stopped over for the night so we could tour Hiroshima the next day. The hotel was great, no real complaints. Friendly staff, comfy beds, free wifi, spacious rooms. Overall the place was great. Highly recommended.

Having stayed in the Tokyu Narita I was expecting the same standard. Having been recently renovated and formerly known as the Bizfort hotel, this Tokyu was even better than the one at Narita. It had a huge room, by Japanese standards. 20 square metres. The location is not the best from the shinkansen station, but it is on one of... More

The hotel is clean and modern, close to a street with plenty of restaurants, bars and activities. Not far (walking) from the A-bomb dome and Peace Memorial garden and museum. Good wifi connexion. Public transports not that close to the hotel.
