The hotel is very nice. Small room, as every other hotel in Japan, so it's normal. Staff is friendly and rooms are super clean. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is perfect. I min walk from a tramway(?) stop and about 5-10 mins walk from the city's best bars (downtown). As a nightbird, I LOVED it!

I have now stayed at several good quality budget/around 3 star hotels in Japan and they have all been very consistent. All the rooms are quite small but sufficient unless you need to practice a dance routine. The beds are comfortable and big enough, if you book a single room you really get a single bed. They all had a... More

We stayed for two nights and overall it's a satisfying experience. Price is reasonable/cheap, room is clean but very small and public bath is nice. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the main shopping district. We enjoyed our western breakfast at Anderson which is a great place for bread lovers and it is just 5 min... + Very nice staff, great Japanese breakfast, clean rooms, outstanding location, and individual air conditioning/heating units per room. Save a lot of money and book directly with the hotel's website: it is in English. - Bed and room is very, very small even by Japanese standards. The bed is like an oversized twin. Not enough room for two people. Additional... More

I have stayed all over Japan in hotels of various vintages. The room was nothing special, but the price was excellent, especially considering the very spacious male and female baths. What I feel I must go out of my way to compliment is how clean this hotel is. Somebody really knows how to properly maintain this hospitality property! I have... More

Not suitable for a long stay (no cupboards and too narrow rooms). I appreciated the kindness of the attendants and a basic but comfty sentō free of charge at disposal of the clients. Less than 1000\ for a consistent breakfast buffet. Good deal considering that there is no better cafe option in the immediate surroundings

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if the beds were bigger. Pros: great location, friendly staff, clean room/hotel, AC/heater is not located right above the bed, parking $13 (first come first serve), easy to locate, nice lobby, and quiet rooms. Cons: pricey, bed and room were very small even by Japanese standards, and staff does not speak any... More

I stayed here with my family in July 2012 when we had gone for a summer vacation to Hiroshiima, MIyajima and Kyoto. The location of this hotel is very good, just 5-7 min from the Peace Memorial and also very close to the biggest market in Hiroshima. There are a few convenience stores nearby also. The closest tram stop is... More

Earlier in the week I stayed in the Hokke chain for the first time (Tokyo). I was really pleased by both hotels...actually think Hiroshima is slightly better accomodation. Only 3-4 mins walk to the peace museum and other tourist sights in the city. Perfect distance from the train station and close by to restuarants and shopping. A really nice public... More

I stayed at this hotel on my 3rd trip to Hiroshima! Its a good and clean hotel. Location is totally superb, at about 5min walking distance to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The buffet breakfast was fantastic every day and the hotel personell were always kind (which is a norm in this country). If you want to have some extra... More
