Clean, centrally located to walking to Peace Memorial, value priced and nice service. Cons: pillow and comforter are awful. Vinyl like and foam like. Very uncomfortable. Had two rooms on different floors but key would only access your own floor. Couldn't visit traveling companions. Very very limited English at reception, but still very nice service. Would stay again.

The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping area of Hiroshima, lots of posh department stores as well as drugstores and discount stores. There's also an excellent Okonomiyaki restaurant literally around the corner from the hotel. The room here was a decent size, and very modern and clean. I really loved the bathroom - all sleek and modern... More

Stayed for about 4 nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are extremely modern (a very good thing!) and the bathroom was probably the nicest I had on my entire trip to Japan. The room itself is quite small and the the bed a tad firm, but I found everything comfortable and slept very well each night. There were... More

New sleek hotel based on the main shopping strip of Hiroshima. Walking distance to Peace Memorial Park. Easy to find from the tram stop. Lots of places to eat near by. Staff speak enough English to get you checked in. Will hold bags if you arrive before check in time. Stayed in a semi double. Spacious bathroom with separate 'wet... More

We booked this hotel because it had got so many positive reviews, and after having stayed there understood why so many guests were well-satisfied with their stays. It's centrally located, about a 15 minute walk to the Peace Park, and easily accessed from the main train station via street cars. As you would expect, the property is kept spotlessly clean.... We stayed in a semi-double room and found it spacious enough for our 2 large and 2 small cases. Decor in reception and rooms was modern and fresh. Very centrally located, couldn't be a better location for shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minute walk to a couple of Maple Loop bus stops ("sightseeing bus" that does a city loop,... More

Of the three hotels (Kobe, Hiroshima, and Kyoto) for our recent visit, this was the best. The modern decor is carried out from entryway through the lobby on the fourth floor to the guest rooms. Everything was most comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, food bountiful and delicious. A word about the buffet breakfast: try all the local dishes. We were... More

Pros: very clean and new, it is located in the very centre. It offers a wonderful breakfast (both Japanese and western styles). Nicely decorated, the bathroom is particularly cool (divided in two spaces and with Shiseido products). About 3 minutes walk from the streetcar stop. Objections: we disliked the pillow (found it uncofortable) and there is no wardrobe (only hangers).

Stayed here for 2 nights on Easter weekend. Its located about 10-15 mins away from Hiroshima JR station by cable cable/bus+walking (either method is fine, closest station is train station Hatchobori so navigate there). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and looked modern (with a nice bathtub ;D). Depends where your room is located, you may get... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in March/April 2015. The hotel is ideally located as you are a short walk from the main shopping district which then leads to the Peace museum, park and dome. 2 nights in Hiroshima is all that is needed in my opinion. The hotel was again very clean, and the staff very helpful. The room was... More
