This hotel provided my husband and I with a delightful three nights stay in Japan. This hotel was the best one we had during our holiday in Japan despite being the cheapest. This hotel is the tallest in Hiroshima and so you are guaranteed a great view. Our room was one of the cheaper ones, but it was on the... More

This hotel is near everything important in Hiroshima and the price cannot be beat! We paid somewhere around $65 for our room and had a view of the Peace Park and A-Bomb Dome. The staff were super helpful, the room was surprisingly large for Japan, and the WiFi was awesome. We'd definitely stay again.

I was delighted with this hotel. It was very cheap compared to other places we had visited in Japan. On arrival the receptionist told us that there were no rooms of the type we had booked left, so they upgraded us for free. The view from the room was incredible - view over the castle, and we watched the sunset... More

Booked non-smoking room. Taken to first room on level 14, stunk of stale smoke. Bell boy tried to say hotel was full, no moving, the stale smoke stink must be a common complaint. Ignored bell boy, back down to reception for action. Moved to room on other side of hotel, level 14 still, still smell of old stale smoke, exacerbated... More

The biggest of all rooms we stayed in during a trip to Japan and staff were very accommodating at check in and to help us see the sights. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Peace Memorial sites and by the subway stations. Although the rooms are huge, we could hear water running and plenty of movements of... More

Hubby and I are quite tall so finding a non-smoking room with a king bed was almost impossible. We enjoyed staying the Rihga Royal because of the amazing view from the 21st floor and the easy access to historical sites. The receptionist upon checking was amazingly friendly and spoke perfect English. The room is dated, furniture older, bed hard, but... More

Services; at front desk was welcoming and pleasant, all worked well and fast. In our room requested baby bed and extra bed was already waiting. Every time we passed lobby and stopped for waiting or discussing something there was staff asking us how they can assist us, excellent service. We also got excellent assistance at concierge for questions, directions and... More

The hotel is located between the Hiroshima Peace Memorial (Dome) and the (relatively newly built) castle and is probably the top “Business” hotel in Hiroshima. As the name implies, it caters primarily to Japanese “salary-men” and thus functionality is key. The rooms, and especially the bathroom, are “huge” for Japanese standards and this is what you pay for here... They... More

Excellent Food Polite Staff Rooms are older Rooms are small Excellent View Excellent Location I wouldn't stay again because I like having a really nice up to date room, but the location was great!! If you have children they will love the kids club at the hotel.
