We stayed at the Rhiga Royal Hiroshima as a Family for three days in July 2015. We booked our room through Expedia for a surprisingly low rate and weren't quite sure what to expect. However, it was a pleasant surprice to get our room at the 24th floor (!) with a beautiful view over central Hiroshima with the old Castle.... More

Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping & maintenance mad this quite a comfortable stay. It is reportedly Hiroshima's tallest building and adjacent to a 16th Century palace complex, shopping, and a short walk to the Peace Park. A lovely stay.

Really nice, modern hotel in central Hiroshima. Prices were reasonable (with a strong dollar) and breakfast was very good. It's a great location as it is walking distance to all the main areas in the city and being tall has fantastic views of the city and the valley. Hotel is really well maintained and the staff were very helpful. My... More

This hotel is central and that is very useful when sightseeing, just look up and you know the way home! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view from the room was world class. Staff are also very helpful. The only gripe was the cost for the pool....we were looking forward to using it one afternoon, but it was... More

This hotel is very well-located, has nice views and my twin room was very spacious, even with a baby crib in addition to the two generous twin beds. I agree with the other recent review raising concern, however, about the breakfast and gym. The western-style breakfast buffet was limited for the $20-plus price tag, and the gym/pool fee is not... Well kept 4* hotel, spotless rooms, and clean everywhere.... Only downside is breakfast and use of gym is overpriced. Apart from that perfect, walk around the corner and have breakfast for 1/5 of the price. The "Atom Dome" is 5 mins walk from the hotel, views are amazing from the top floors, we had corner room on 22 floor, and... More

Hotel is a 5-10 min walk to the tramstop (Kamiya-cho-higashi stop) bound for Hiroshima Port/Miyajima/Eba. The lobby is grand, spacious and clean. There is a high class shopping centre, including an all day Italian restaurant Luore on the ground floor just outside the hotel, too rich for our liking, we ventured into town for better priced bargains, and local food.... I was able to book a family room with four beds and it was very spacious with 2 3/4 sz beds and 2 twins. It had a huge bathroom and wonderful view. There is much shopping here. Staff is friendly and helpful and most speak English. Convenient walking distance to the castle and the peace park. Also very close to... More

I booked a single room but they were booked out so I was upgraded to a massive twin room. This hotel is very stylish and luxurious. The bathroom is huge and many amenities are provided. The room is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Great views, comfortable beds and pillows. Location is great too, just a short walk to... More
