Located conveniently, shops, restaurants, dept. store and place of interest are all within walking distance. Room was spacious with a great view of hiroshima castle. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. Great service too.

The Rihga Royal is a tall building, with great views from the upper floors. It is across the street from the Hiroshima Museum of Art, a block away from the old Hiroshima castle (which was rebuilt after the a-bomb at the end of WWII destroyed it), and a few blocks away from the site of that August 6, 1945 atom... Excellent staff (they were ready to help us with everything we needed, really everything! ), very nice view especially if you get a room that is from the 20th floor up, clean, close to everything you need. There is the A-bomb dome next to it and the memorial park and the museum. The food is amazing and you also have... More

This hotel really does have a nice view. It is centrally located and walking distance or short taxi ride to ferry for Miyajima and the Peace Park. Hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is next to a department store and restaurants.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything in Hiroshima. The bus center and a metro stop are right next door. It is very convenient for traveling around and arriving from the Airport on shuttle bus. Hirsoshim Castle, atomic bomb site, and Hiroshima Museum are all across the street and eachis within the views of the hotel rooms depending... More

Chose this hotel online based on a recommendation from friends. Was not disappointed. It is a little bit of a walk from the tramway to the hotel but if you use the underground shopping arcade you can avoid the worst of the heat of a Japanese summer. I entered the hotel through the side entrance, through the adjacent shopping area,... More

Our room looked over the Hiroshima castle and it's grounds. We had a corner room so we also looked out towards the ADome. As we only had one night, the proximity to these two attractions plus the Peace Park and Memorial Museum made this hotel ideal as we could visit all without he need for public transport. The hotel is... More

We stayed in a family room for two nights. 1000 Yen from the train station in a taxi. All services at the Hotel were exemplary. The room had a small fridge and kettle for tea/coffee. Ideally situated for the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. With a JR pass we utilised the sightseeing buses to get bearings and travel to the... More

My sister recommended this hotel to us - it is within 10 minutes walk of the A-bomb dome and peace park, and right across the street from Hiroshima Castle. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. We will stay there again.

We turned up after a long journey on the Shinkansen from Tokyo in t-shirt and shorts, hot and sweaty and were greeted with a very grand entrance hall and lobby, amazing stair case and immediately felt under-dressed. We were made to feel very welcome and felt right at home checking-in ... very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Stayed on... More
