We were impressed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel itself was beautiful and the view from the breakfast buffet on the top floor was phenomenal! The staff was so warm and accommodating. They took so much pride in their jobs! We would definitely return.

This is a reasonably new hotel, well appointed, spacious rooms with helpful staff. It allowed us a very comfortable stay. The hotel is out of central Hiroshima but right on the bay so it has a very pleasant outlook. I recommend it but with slight reservations because of the location.

I have stayed at many hotels in Japan. This is the top of the list in quality of any hotel we have stayed at. I am almost certain this hotel is the best in Hiroshima.
