The Hotel is very convenient to the train station. Good room, spacious by japanese standards. Nice, but typically expensive bar. Restaurant is dramatically overpriced, even by Japanese standard. 2400Y for breakfast which is not unusual in Japan, but most have 5x the food offerings at that price. Dinner will cost you over a hundred dollars. Go somewhere else. one gripe,... More

We spent two nights here in October 2011. It was one of the largest and most impressive rooms we stayed in during our two-week trip to Japan. The whole place is brand new and impressively decorated. It suffers a little from that 'corporate' feeling you get from big-name hotels, but overall the high standard of decor and service and the... More

Sheraton Hiroshima is next to train station but it is convenient only if you are to take train. When you are to take tram or bus, you need to walk 10 mins to the other side of station. Shopping and food are all on the other side of station. Hotel itself is very new. Room is stunning. But when you... More

Usually, i am not a big fan of the Sheraton hotels. But i was very impressed with this one. It is brand new and the furniture are avoiding the rococo style. Bed is comfy (had a great night sleep), bathroom very nice (loved the shower), but it is a bit open... (separate toilet) The hotel is located at the train... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was treated better here than in a few 5* hotels in Tokyo. 100 yards from te Hiroshima Station, which is good if arriving via rail and/or from the airport (bus and train stations are the same). As a Starwood Platinum, they upgraded me to a corner room, which gave me an... More

I stayed at this hotel which is brand new in 2011 and conveniently adjacent to the Hiroshima Main Train Station. It is one of two hotels near the station, the other, called Granavia, is run by the Japanese Railroad (JR). The hotel is very convenient to the shopping districts in Hiroshima and not far from the Peace Park. The Sheraton... More

The newly opened Sheraton is right next to the train station for the bullet trains as well as served by an airport bus service in front. The room were spacious (more than other Sheratons in Japan) and had nice new design and decor. We stayed in a Club room which was great as the rooms are one the same floor... More

A missed ferry meant an enforced stay in Hiroshima so we thought we would try the newly opened Sheraton Hiroshima. Calling the hotel direct got a 'sold out' reply but we were able to book a room via the jalannet website. Check in was smooth, the agent having very good English. Room was on the non-smoking 16th floor. It still... More

I stayed at the new Sheraton Hotel at the Hiroshima train station and had an overall excellent experience. The hotel is new as of 2011, so condition is as close to perfect as you could expect. Perfect bed, stylish (if slightly impractical) bath, nice lobby, etc. I'd say it's as nice as nearly any high end hotel I've used in... More
