Great 5 star hotel, perhaps not as flashy as some 5 star hotels I've stayed at, but nice none-the-less. Paid the same price as I would usually pay for a lousy 3 star hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant with the private teppenyaki chef, whilst a little pricey, was well worth the experience.

We, too, took advantage of the upgrade offered and were given the best suite in the hotel. As opposed to the complaints below, the Club Lounge offered free wifi (I too have an iPad) and although the cost for the pool was mentioned, I used it twice and was never asked to pay. Experienced a stunning sunset while enjoying the... More

Location is right next to the train station, so offers great accessibility to all aspects of Hiroshima as well as food and supermarket products too. The room was excellent by Japanese standards - we stayed in a king deluxe room which was spacious and new. The infuriating choice of star wood hotels in Japan to not provide wireless internet access... More

This hotel was an excellent surprise. It is nicely appointed, both the lobby and the room. the location could not be better, steps from the train station and a short walk to the streetcar. Staff was well-informed, pleasant and very helpful (like walking us outside and to the underground passage for the walk to the streetcar, to make sure we... More

Spent 2 nights here, and were not disappointed. It's located right outside the station and although not central, still easy to access main sights and transport links. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. All spoke good English. Rooms were very well appointed, great views. Had an executive room, with access to the executive lounge. Well worth the upgrade fee. Although quite unattractive from the outside, once you enter the hotel is very new and modern. The bathroom in the standard room was very open plan, but I hear you can request rooms with a more private bathroom. I encountered a woman at the concierge desk whose knowledge of English was really appalling, but when I went to the reception... More

Overall great, spacious rooms modern clean with all facilities. This hotel has a few gidden costs. Internet and pool come in around 15€ that is per person for the pool. Even the 5 year old had to pay. Excelent restaurants make sure to try the wagyu!

Very nice hotel. Right next to the bus/train station. Be clear on room type you would like: twin beds, privacy bathroom (some have no doors to separate toilet / shower and clear glass - not good for family traveling - but privacy bathrooms available). price is ~150$ american / night.

We stayed two days in the club room and it was perfect! The location is absolutely convenient, next to the station. The room is huge, modern, well decorated and with a nice view of the city. During our stay we could enjoy the Sheraton Club Lounge, where they offer some snacks and beverages for free for the guests that are... More
