This is a great addition to the Starwood family. No complaints regards rooms or service, though one could find the Japanese service a little idiosyncratic compared to other Starwood properties. Locates next to Hiroshima Station, it's a great base if you're coming in on the Shinkansen and planning to explore the region. A trip to Miyajima is a must. I... More

We used miles to get a free room here for one night, to see the Peace Park and check out Hiroshima and Miyajima. The hotel was beautifully designed and seemed brand new. Our bed was very comfortable and with great linens. Very spacious room by Japanese standards, big tv, nice bathroom, wifi in the lobby and friendly staff. The location... More

We booked a club room and thought it was worth the extra charge. The hotel’s location is really convenient to the train station which made getting around easy. It is a new property so everything is fresh and new. The rooms are really nice with a big bathroom and shower room with the tub. The breakfast in the lounge was... More

The Sheraton Hiroshima was the second hotel we stayed at on our Japanese adventure. What a wonderful surprise...we were escorted, after a very quick check-in & shown to a huge room, even with the extra rollaway bed we required. The quality & luxurious feel of the king size bed, decor, linen, bathroom amenities & toileteries was unexpected as we had... More

This past weekend my family of 4 (two young daughters) traveled to Hiroshima, Japan. We stayed at the Sheraton, a newer hotel, located right by the Hiroshima Station. The location, while not right down by the main tourist attractions, is convenient due to the fact that the train station is right there, as well as the Street car, which you... More

This Sheraton was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip to Japan. It is brand new, the staff is clearly new and trying to please, and the location next to the bullet train station was great. As with many Japanese hotels, it's always helpful to speak a little English, but the staff here clearly went out of... More

Stayed for two nights and the experience was very good. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, plenty of amenities and gorgeous views of the city. Paid internet but lobby has some free computers and we never had to wait to use them. Free wifi would have been nice though (I don't think it was offered but I'm not sure) Location is... More

The Hotel is very convenient to the train station. Good room, spacious by japanese standards. Nice, but typically expensive bar. Restaurant is dramatically overpriced, even by Japanese standard. 2400Y for breakfast which is not unusual in Japan, but most have 5x the food offerings at that price. Dinner will cost you over a hundred dollars. Go somewhere else. one gripe,... More

We spent two nights here in October 2011. It was one of the largest and most impressive rooms we stayed in during our two-week trip to Japan. The whole place is brand new and impressively decorated. It suffers a little from that 'corporate' feeling you get from big-name hotels, but overall the high standard of decor and service and the... More

Sheraton Hiroshima is next to train station but it is convenient only if you are to take train. When you are to take tram or bus, you need to walk 10 mins to the other side of station. Shopping and food are all on the other side of station. Hotel itself is very new. Room is stunning. But when you... More
