Felt this was a bit worn and tired but bearing the price in mind I feel bad even saying that! It was half the price of our Tokyo hotel(s) and Kyoto Hotel - but having said that... if felt like a half price type of place. It was old and tired and needs a lift. It was spotlessly clean in... More

I'll echo what others have said- this place is good for a night's stay. Just thought this would be better than its sister property in Shin-Osaka but, I was wrong. The rooms looked less appealing, cost more money to stay in and, didn't include breakfast. On the plus side, the people manning the reception were really nice, 'aim to please'... More

The location of this hotel is good if you travel by train. The room is tiny and the bed smaller than we've ever experienced in a hotel. It was so hard that both of us got a bad pain in the back. No English speaking staff, and they weren't able (did not want to) help us. The windows couldn't be... More

This business hotel is right next to the JR local line station. The room is small, typical for a business hotel here in Japan. Rooms are not sound proof , so you can hear voices from the corridor. The staff who were present late at night did not speak English. Breakfast is in the coffee shop next door. Internet is... More

I stayed at Viainn Hiroshima for one night a couple years ago. It was right next to the Hiroshima JR station, very convenient. The room was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in Japan. The breakfast set was provided at a nearby coffee shop. It came with toast, egg, salad, and coffee. Not buffet style. The front desk staff... More
