They couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable, a very nice stay! The only downside was no English spoken - if I'd been prepared I would have learned more Japanese. Watching Japanese TV was very entertaining!

Pro: convenient location - close to JR Sapporo station. Cons: 1. Looking for the signs to the hotel at the JR station took us a while. 2. The semi-double room was so small that one of us had to stay in bed in order for the other to use the passage way. Also, we couldn't open more than one suitcase... More

The location is excellent. It was just next to the JR train station. The underground tunnel connected the train station to the hotel. You can spend a day shopping around the JR station without going too far. The downside was that the room was very small. But it got everything you need.

This hotel is right smack across the road from Daimaru and the JR station. It is linked by the underground subway so I did not have to step out into the cold and snow. The room I had was tiny but it served its purpose as I was only there overnight before heading off to go to Rusutsu ski resort,... More

We usually stay at a hotel adjacent to this. And as we could not book our usual hotel we decided to try this hotel. It's new and very clean. Check in staff were friendly and we learned that this is part of the Washington chain. We had previously stayed at Washington hotel in Nagasaki and were also pleased with it.... More

This hotel is also connected to JR train station through basement. Location wise, it is surely convenient. The only down side is the size of the room. Since all my family members are tall and can be considered at the big side, this hotel is kind of small for us plus the luggages. Depend on what price you get, with... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is just opposite JR Sapporo station, just 5 mins walk, very convenient. The check in procedure was smooth, staff friendly, room clean. However, I was surprised by the size of the room as I booked thro a travel agent. Standard double room is quite tight for my partner and I... More

A very accessible hotel just literally opposite the road from Sapporo Station. Very convenient to get food and shopping! Just note that the lobby is not on the ground floor, the hotel is the upper half of a building so in that respect it may not be that noticeable from the main road but otherwise I do not have any... As according to info found on the net, the hotel is very near Sapporo JR station, though it could be difficult to find for first timers due to the multiple exits and Japanese signboards. I made a booking through Rakuten more than 2 months in advance, but was informed upon arrival (after wandering through the massive Sapporo Station) that there... More

My family of 3 kids booked 2 rooms, one with 3 beds and the other twin bed. Though they do not have interconnecting rooms, the hotel gave us rooms opposite to each other. Service staff were all v polite though they spoke v simple English. They are also very forthcoming in helping my family store our passports in their safe... More
