For the same price in another hotel I can have a room twice as large as a room in Hotel Gracery. As well as that I was given a intolerable window view of a massive car park which was probably a few metres away, this limited my privacy when my curtains were opened. The service is acceptable and surprisingly they... More

This reasonable hotel is right across from Sapporo station. It has very small, but well designed rooms. There is a handy multi port plug for a variety of devices, clean bathroom with nice Shisedo products, the requisite small fridge, complimentary tea etc. Ask for an outward facing room as some seem like they look into an air well. All the... More

Spent a night here and it was a great place as it is connected to the Sapporo underground mall with lots of shops for food and the shopping person in you. It is also within walking distance to some of the popular sites like the clock tower but I must confessed i was lost underground. Hotel was comfortable and modern.... More

The Gracery certainly fits the amount of grace and helpfulness shown to me during my visit here right from check in. There is much effort to serve, in English or in Mandarin. The front desk staff went out of their way patiently to help me find my way somewhere. They made multiple phone calls and internet searches for me. Not... More

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is quite new. At this time during spring, they don't seem to turn on the air conditioner. The room can get stuffy. You would have to request for them to turn it on for you. Just give a call to the front desk. Location is good. 5 mins walk away from the... More

This is my second visit to this hotel, the previous one was just a year ago. What attracts me to stay here again? I would say, at the time when the reservation was made, it is due to the great location and the convenience. Allow me to repeat a little bit of myself in the previous review of this hotel,... More

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is across the street from Sapporo Station, and walking distance to many great restaurants, Odori Park, etc. The room I was in faced the busy street in front of Sapporo Station but I didn't hear any street noise. The hotel is linked to the underground walkway so if you visit in... More

Hotel is located at shopping district and just opposite side of JR Sapporo Station. Front desk staff is nice but the staff cannot found my reservation. Maybe I made this reservation through JTB Japanese website is not normal process. Finally, she found my record after 15 minutes. Guest room is small, semi-double room. All amenities are compact. Window faces to... More

Budget hotel with small room size, but room equipped with full set amenities. Room was assign facing main street and Sapporo Station just right in front of you. Guest lift direct access to the basement which can avoid to walk on the snowing street. Machine placed in the lobby for self check out, 30 seconds can complete the check out... More
