This newly-revamped hotel is in a very good location in Susukino area, just metres away from the famous Ramen Alley (both the old and new ones!). It's also very near the subway, within walking distance of the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Reception service is efficient, pleasant and helpful, and English is not a problem. Rooms are somewhat small, but amenities are... More

Located at the heart of Sapporo City, it is reportedly a 3-star hotel in Sapporo, but with a 3.5-star standard. Flowers lined the lobby to a newly-opened restaurant beside the hotel where we took our breakfast. The Manager himself explained that the name and I suppose the management of the hotel has changed. The old name of Ramada Sapporo is... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during the snow festival. Rooms are very small and twin beds. We wanted to have Non Smoking but none available. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was ok, took awhile to get use to the door opening out and stepping up into it. Did find the rooms to be hot. Couldn't seem to... More

Firstly i will just say that the location is fantastic.Right smack in the middle of Suskino which is the entertainment district. And right round the corner is the famous ramen alley...but you will have to really look for it as its a really small insignificant alley. From the hotel as you come out of the main entrance turn right and..walk about 20m..and... The hotel is located smack dab in the entertaintment district Susukino. Near shopping, transportation and Ramen Yokocho. Just like the Ramada in Seoul, no wifi in the room. Room size and bed adequate. The bathroom lighting indeed was a bit dimmer than the room. No problems here and can't really argue with the price.

Good central location, about 10mins walk from Susukino Raman Alley.Room size is decent and buffet breakfast was OK. However, our car GPS was incorrect on the actual location so wasted a bit of time looking for it. Another setback was no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Hotel service was good and acceptable.

The hotel is centrally located in the city of Sapporo, just abt 100m away from Susukino and 5 min walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and 10 min to Odori Park, Susukino Ramen Alley just next to it, no doubt the location of this hotel is fantastic. Hotel room is in decent size and buffet breakfast is reasonably ok. Setback... More

The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. The size of room is reasonable in Japanese hotel standard. There is enough space for 2 large suitcases to lay open after moving table and chair. However, I would not recommend to my friends. First, the lighting in bathroom is markedly dim as compared to room. The light is dark amber yellow... More

The Room: Very well-maintained. Not too big, but convincingly clean and guest-friendly. Just the typical Japanese way. You know what I am saying when you have set feet in Japan. Extremely quiet at night. Great quality of sleeping!!!! The Staff: Good English. A real relief in this country. The Brekkie: Offered in a Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Thus... More

We arrived at the hotel just before 2pm, which was the check-in time. Check-in was quick and we were handed the room key card to our room. When we got to our room, we found the door ajar and when we peeked in, the bed linens were all bundled together on top of the desk. Well, it turned out that... More
