We had a triple sharing room and it was a big room. What is outstanding here and not available in other triple sharing rooms we had is that it had not one but two toilets and bathrooms inside our room. This is great in that it cut our waiting time especially if the three of us need to go the... More

The building was probably built in the 70s and the lobby is basically as is which is interesting. However it is aging badly and in dire need of renovation. The room I had was just renovated but I had to pay a premium to be on that floor. It was awfully expensive since it was during the Chinese Golden Week.... More

Stayed 5 nights in July/August. Quite expensive during the high season period. Comfortable but dated hotel. Nice 10 minutes walk to the JR Station in the summer (not so sure in the winter - even with underground passage way near the hotel). Rather inconvenient without a safe in the room.

Unlike the rest of the hotels on this trip, this one is all business. The stats are cold but professional, offering little extras. The room was the smallest during this trip. And the hotel the most inaccessible. This is the only stay where nothing was included, just the bare minimum.

Quite a good hotel with spacious room, just the bath room a bit small. As for the location, it's quite central, just a couple minutes away from Sapporo Station. Also short walk to few popular tourist spots. One thing that I am well impressed, the breakfast buffet is superb. Great selection of food from Japanese food to Western food, very... More

This was my first time in Hokkaido not to mention Sapporo. Based on word-of-mouth and for convenience sake I made the decision to stay at the Keio Plaza. I booked a standard room with a double bed (basically just 4 feet wide). The rooms are what you can expect from a typical local hotel in Japan. Much smaller than the... More

For the past 3 years visiting Sapporo where we stayed at JR Nikko Tower, totally sick of their attitude and small/old rooms, we tried Keio Plaza Sapporo this past weekend. Hotel is unexpectedly far away from JR Sapporo station than posted in Google Map. When we got out of Sapporo Station, had walked about 10 min (with luggage), about 5-... More

We visited Sapporo at the end of July and stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel in two adjacent rooms for three nights. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the central train station and the Daimaru shopping complex, but the area immediately surrounding the hotel is fairly quiet. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor of... More

Thank you very much for staying Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo this time. We are glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us, and enjoyed our restaurant well. Our Japanese restaurant on basement floor, named Akizu, produces seasonally food also. Our chefs go to market by themselves to see and buy the seasonally seafood. The guests can enjoy... More
