I used to use other hotels in Sapporo every times(JR Nikko Hotel and Sapporo Grand hotel) but I felt this hotel can be my third favorite hotel. I booked single standard room and arrived the hotel 1hr before check-in time. The hotel just waited me for 5 min to check availability and provided me a superior room without any complain.... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We had a standard twin room. Spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom amenities were very good but they didn't provide any body lotion. Very clean but they do need a new carpet. The hotel is well located. There is also a good ramen place nearby if you want a traditional Japanese... More

Its a very nice and not too expensive hotel. The hotel is centrally located, easy to find, just 10 minutes from the station. Had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the traditional Japanese restaurant. Also the western buffet breakfast restaurant was good, but personally prefer the traditional Japanese with a nice view over Sapporo. The rooms are not big but... More

We stayed here for one night in our last day in Sapporo. The hotel is at the city's centre, with less than 10 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station. However, when we arrived, it was very snowy. Roads were covered with snow, so with baggage it was a very hard walk from the station. The hotel is a classy... More

We arrived at the hotel with heavy snowfall. The porters (all ladies) and the front reception staff (also lady) came out to help us bring our luggage in. We were ushered to a counter, and was greeted by 'Hoshi' (lady). We should have stayed in 2 different rooms (with massage chair) but because there were not adjacent to each other,... More

I was really looking forward to staying at the Keio Plaza Hotel. But all my experiences about friendly service in five star hotels in Japan were deflated by the staff at Keio. They wore the right uniforms, but were pretty long-faced, except for the one foreigner among their staff. This is not good, especially when the rooms at the Keio... More

This is a review of executive floor room in the 20th floor. Positive: - convenient location. Short walk to the Sapporo station. Right across the hotel is a 7-11. At the next corner, you'll notice a red door where everybody seems to be coming from/going too. Go through that door and it will eventually connect you to Paseo mall/ Sapporo... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the 66th Sapporo Snow Festival. This hotel is conveniently located near the JR Sapporo Station. It is also very easy to find (from the station head to the west gates and head out through the Paseo West, cross the street at the intersection and keep going straight until... More

Very nice hotel and very close to the subway. Easy to find and in a very good location. The rooms were very nice and it had some very neat restaurant. Careful of the bar, the service charge at $21.00 for 'sitting was a little expensive. The little shops very cool in the hotel ground floor.

Thank you for your stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. We are located nearby JR Sapporo Station as well as the Subway Stations. There are also shopping malls, department stores, fine restaurants, a huge 100yen shop and more around the hotel. The table charge is JPY700 per person at the bar. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to welcome... More

Stayed for 3 nights for family trip with young children. Hotels's in pretty good location, just 5 minutes by walking from Sapporo Station. It's not that far, but sometime's it's not that close enough, especially in the snow-stormy night. Only a few hotels in Sapporo allow guests with young children together. The room I stayed was in 14th fl. equipped... More
