We are a group of three people and stayed for 2 nights in Sapporo. The triple room is surprisingly decent and comfortable. Unlike our previous hotel in Tokyo, we have enough space for each person and can move around easily in the room. There are plenty of Potts for USB and plugs so that's a plus point for a group... Although not the best choice in terms of location, ie about 5 mins walk to Sapporo JR station, it's still a nice hotel to stay in. A typical Japanese hotel, it's clean and proper, staff are warm and friendly. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right opposite the hotel if you need to get some light snacks and beverage without going... More

This is a grandmother of a hotel. Very bubble economy style and very close to JR Sapporo. Rooms are adeautely large and amenities OK. When it snows, you have a little walk to Stellar Place but other than that, it location is good. The massage chair in the room is an added bonus.

I actually landed on this one coz the one I originally want was fully booked as told by my agency. And this one is 50% costlier than my first choice. In all fairness, the room is ok, the bath room is of the right size. Beds are not really uncomfortable, but I have some trouble sleeping. The one thing I really... More

Fancy hotel in Sapporo, great location and friendly staff. A little bit pricey but it's all worth it. The room is clean and had a very comfy bed, which is what you need in a winter Hokkaido weather. Highly recommended for visitors in Sapporo!

We were stayed here just 2 nights. The hotel location is in the Sapporo center and close to attraction places. Breakfast was good (try Waffle). But, the room is quite small like other city hotel. Especially we are a family of 3 person. A three beds room is not much space left to move around. Small window even make it... More

We've stayed at Keio Plaza Sapporo for 3 nights. The room was slightly dated but nice to have free wifi in room; the breakfast buffet was good. Hotel location is convenient; there's a 24 hrs 7-11 right across the road, 10 mins walk to JR station and shopping mall, ski resort bus stops at the front entrance.

I used to use other hotels in Sapporo every times(JR Nikko Hotel and Sapporo Grand hotel) but I felt this hotel can be my third favorite hotel. I booked single standard room and arrived the hotel 1hr before check-in time. The hotel just waited me for 5 min to check availability and provided me a superior room without any complain.... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We had a standard twin room. Spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom amenities were very good but they didn't provide any body lotion. Very clean but they do need a new carpet. The hotel is well located. There is also a good ramen place nearby if you want a traditional Japanese... More

Its a very nice and not too expensive hotel. The hotel is centrally located, easy to find, just 10 minutes from the station. Had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the traditional Japanese restaurant. Also the western buffet breakfast restaurant was good, but personally prefer the traditional Japanese with a nice view over Sapporo. The rooms are not big but... More
