Hotel is older but rooms well sized, beds great, very clean and ideally located for easy walk from station and as a base for a visit to Sapporo. Staff were excellent, plenty of restaurants, close to main shopping. All in all a very good experience.

Stayed 2 nights. Booked 2 rooms as there are 5 of us. It's about 5 mins walk to JR station, so location wise it's great. A 7-11 opposite the hotel also add to the convenience in case you need to buy some necessities. Room wise, the room size are quite standard kind of small as in most part of Japan.... More

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location, reasonable price and friends' recommendation. It is close to JR station which connects directly to the airport and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. Although it is 7-8 mins on foot to JR station and 10-15 mins with luggage, we can deal with that and prefer the... More

Not all buses come this way, its the last stop on buses that utilise the route via Nakajima Park. We travelled on Chuo bus from Chitose International terminal, after taking good advice from fellow traveller (Bill) on this site, who advised thats its better to travel on airport bus transfer rather than train when we have luggages. This is because... More

Stayed here for a meeting held at the same hotel. Clean, comfortable, near the JR train station and an underground of shops and restaurants. Also a few blocks from Hokkaido University. Like most Japanese hotels, the staff are courteous and efficient.

I stayed here for three nights in September 2013. Overall I found this hotel to be very much in need of renovation. And I'm sorry to say that the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I have encountered in a hotel, certainly at this price point. The location is quite good. Maybe 5 minutes by foot from Sapporo Station... More

I have the family trip to Sapporo in September 2013 and choose this hotel due to I had a good impression in service and breakfast once in February 2013 (Snow Fest.). This time I stay in family room in which fit for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). It is good that there are 2 bathrooms in which make... More

Keo plaza is a trusted brand in almost all the big cities in Japan. We stayed thee a couple of days ago. Unfortunately we got short changed by a really dishonest hotel booking site( agoda). We paid about US$280 and was allocated one of the worst rooms ( small, unrenovated) in the hotel. When we told the reception we are... More

Stayed here for four nights. Good location, near to shopping malls and the JR station. Walking distance to malls, shopping streets. Safe neighbourhood. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is big (japanese standard) and price was reasonable.

The best non-ryokan hotel of my hokkaido trip. As I had reached the hotel earlier than my check in timing, I left my luggages with the bell captain and went shopping at the Sapporo JR station area and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my luggages had already been delivered to my room upon returning to the hotel....
