This hotel is near the city center, minutes the International Snow Festival and easy to find. The room is fairly large for Japan but the bathroom and the shower are indeed very very small. Breakfast is included and you can serve yourself to coffee, tea and fruit juice all day long (24/7). I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel... More

I had stayed at 4 different hotels during a week trip around Hokkaido and this one was the best. It was very cheap, but they had very modern rooms and amenities. The staff were very polite and the front desk was staffed with 2 or 3 people every time we passed it. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the... More

Based on our Comfort Hotel experience in Hakodate we booked this hotel and we were not disappointed. Located within a five minute walk of all the action it was very easy to access the local sights although going to the mainline train station did involve a taxi ride. The hotel was older and was therefore a little more worn, but... More

We normally stay in Super hotel as it's generally new and modern and with breakfast. But It was full so we give comfort a try as photos from their website looks new and modern too. However we were disappointed coz comfort sapporo is quite old, guess photos on website might be from other new hotels. The positive side is quite... More

This is my first time to visit Sapporo, so I really have no idea where I should stay. This hotel was really cheap, maybe the cheapest at the time and I have stayed in many Comfort Inn in America so thought it would be the same. From Airport: You should take BUS. It is Sapporo shuttle, so it would stop... More

I walked about 10 minutes from Municipal subway Nishi(West)-11choume station. The Hotel that has a big signboard was easy to find. The room was clean and facilities were OK. There were some free services. 1.Simply breakfast buffet You can choose some kinds of breads, rice ball, cerial, soup, scrambled egg, salad, juice, coffee and tea. 2.Newspaper (only japanese) 3.Coffee service anytime in the 1st floor. 4.free Wifi(I... It's a real budget hotel. Best value-for-price in Sapporo, Small rooms but enough for a lone traveler. Free Wi-fi instead of the usual LAN cable (which means you can check your e-mails and watch Youtube in bed and not at the desk). Bathroom small, but not the smallest in Japan. Well kept. What I like about this hotel is that... More

Front desk friendly and efficient at check in and in ordering a taxi. Enjoyed using free internet Location a bit far from Sapporo Station. We stayed at the Comfort Hotel for one night when we in town for the snow festival. It was a couple of blocks from the festival and a couple of blocks from the main dining area and about 1.5 blocks to the nearest train station but still relatively central. We had no problem getting around from there. Comfort Hotels in... More

Like all Choice Hotels in Japan this Comfort Hotel is well run, clean and comfortable with small rooms and a nice breakfast. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast and free internet are great as is the free juice and coffee available every afternoon and evening. Only problem is the hotel is a long walk from... More
