Didn't sleep, but attended a conference here. Nice facilities for the price. Great internet service. Overall nice experience. As it's one of the bigger hotels in the area, I am sure their overnight services are just as great.

I just spent 4 nights at the Royton Hotel in Sapporo and had a pleasant enough stay. It is now the low season between the end of the ski period and the arrival of spring ,so the hotel was not crowded. Overall, the staff are very polite and pleasant and they try their best to be helpful. Unfortunately, I do... More

We were booked to attend the Greener Week event sponsored by the City Government of Sapporo and was also invited to see the 65th Sapporo Snow Festival. among the hotels close to the Odori park where the snow sculptures were built, Royton was indeed one of the best. Just across Odori park, Royton is so accessible to the snow sculptures.... More

Very nice business hotel in a good location just some minutes walk from central places. Rooms are spacious and clean although a bit old. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and very good quality. Staff is very friendly and I appreciated that they allowed me to check in at 11am although I know that this is extremely... A great location for the Snow Fest. Appreciated the view & ease of accessing subway & Odori Park. The beds were too firm for my tastes & we did not love the feather pillows. Did love the shower, bathroom supplies & kiddos loved the special Japanese toilet features. Website stated free wifi but I needed a LAN cable to access... More

The hotel staff never fails to make you feel ROYAL. Excellent service, as per always, in Japan! Hotel is very clean, with excellent room size (for a twin bed superior!) A 20 min walk to Sapporo Station. So if you dont mind the walk, it is also a very good way to explore the area around the hotel. Also near... More

Stuck in the same moldy odors room for 3 days. Requested for change but the hotel staff don't understand my language. The air condition is not working too. End up i kept the room door open to get fresh air. It's so gross.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Royton for 1 night and it was an incredible experience. The architecture inside was beautiful but it was the staff who made the experience enjoyable. From the moment I signed in to the time I was escorted to my room (yes...they made sure I made it to the room and it was... More

This hotel is close to the Sapporo District/High Court, so if you should go to court in the mornig this hotel is convenient. If not, this hotel is not convinient, a bit far from central place and nearby metro station, but room rate is cheap. People, who are in charge of... More

Stayed there for 4 nights with few families together during the snow festival. Location wise, its close to Sapporo Station(5-7 minutes taxi ride) and best part is its closeness to Odori Park where the main snow festival sculptures are displayed Odori Park is like 100 meters so you can walk there few times in morning afternoon and evening, perfect for...
