The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth it. Finishing at 10am there was need to feed my hungry boys until late afternoon. A short walk to odori snow festival in Sapporo and a few blocks from the famous Tanuki arcade for shopping made it convenient. A 5 min walk to a lovely community hot bath for 400 yen. Beautiful... Their staff friendly. The room is clean. This hotel is near to subway station but it quite far from airport. You can get here by taking bus no. 66 from the airport. It will cost you about 1030 yen. You can walk from hotel to odori park. It was affortable if you are staying here to enjoy ice festival because... More

Our stay/night was about 8000 yen (without breakfast) which made it even cheaper than the night before we stayed in Abashiri Toyoko Inn! The room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was very nice. 15 mins walk (2 subway stations) from the JR station - The location is convenient. However, there is no... Our family of four stayed here for one night so we could explore Sapporo. We walked from JR Sapporo station using the underground passageway but still had to walk outside for about 300 metres - difficult when dragging luggage through the snow!!! We were given a connecting room which was perfect for our family. The rooms were very quiet with... More

We arrived via the airport bus and the bus stop at the rear side of this building, very convenient if arriving during winter. The lobby is welcoming and has 5star ambience, check in was prompt and staff speaks English. Room was big almost 28ms,English TV channels and toilet has a long bath with full toiletries. Spotless clean room and well... More

Nice hotel.....But very disappointed with extra charges. 3,200 yen to use the pool per day and 300 yen for a bucket of ice. Totally outrageous! The front desk staff was not very knowledgable and was not helpful with the English language. Have traveled to Beijing, Hong Hong, Taipei,Tokyo, Osaka & Fukuoka and never had a problem with staff for an... More

Close to city center with shopping and restaurants nearby. A modern hotel with good sized rooms and clean amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Good selection at the breakfast buffet table. Very efficient and friendly service.

This is a massive Japanese business hotel (20 floors). We stayed here for the snow festival and it was the perfect location (we could see some of the smaller snow sculptures from the elevator). it was about a 5-10 min easy walk to the main area with the projection mapping, etc. The main area for the ice sculptures was a... Stayed here for the Snow Festival from 6-8 Feb 2015. It was one of the only available nice hotels available last minute. It was a little expensive at first, until i saw the location. When I arrived they were very warm and inviting. Check-in was very quick. I wanted a no smoking room but when I got to my room... More

This hotel was a base for our exploration of the Snow Festival. Very nice, quite clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Central location for walking through snow festival grounds. Only complaint was a bit of mold in the shower and tub. There are restaurants in the hotel: be aware they have limited hours, and don't expect... More
