Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu is a little bit out of way.Clean,adequate room size,(but the toilet room is too small as other japanese hotel.)We loved the breakfast there,good milk,the restaurant facing a cute garden.Price fair,staff friendly.As a whole,pretty nice place to stay. more

The hotel is 7-10 mins walk from the Nakajima Koen Metro Station. The way to the hotel is a bit quiet at night. If your aim is to go shopping, i would rather suggest to have a hotel near JR Sapporo station or Susukino station. The hotel is newly furnished and quite nice. I stayed at this hotel during the 2007 Snow Festival. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the closest subway station (Nakashima Koen station) but that station does not have escalators so if you plan to take a lot of luggage, don't take the subway.
