This hotel was slightly old. The decor and setup wasn't a very modern hotel. Perfect location since it's very accessible to the Airport Bus station, JR Station, Pole Town (underground shopping), and 狸小路 Tanukikoji Road. Free wifi at the lobby which needs a passcode. Free wifi in the room, no login required. Only downside is that the maids never made... More

The hotel is a slightly older but the decor was clean and modern. The great thing about older hotels is it's more spacious. The location is close to the shopping district and was about 10 minutes walk to Susukino and the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. We walked to the Sapporo JR Station and it took us 15 minutes, but if you... More

Went to Japan last month with my wife and we chose Hotel Okura during our stay at Sapporo. The check in process was swift, and the room meets our expectattion which is clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great hotel with nice room, friendly staff and most importantly it is value for money. Had two good night sleep after... More

Great location. Close to city center. They offer two options for breakfast: Japanese or Western. I had the Western style which had many things to choose from including local fruits and milk. They offer free WIFI. The room is a bit old though.

We were there for 2 nights.this hotel is located near Odori park and close to Parco, Mitsukoshi, Tokyu hand, and etc. It's really convenient. The best location in Sapporo! If you drive, there is car parking nearby, but you have to pay Y1,500 per night.

We stayed here one night recently. The hotel is centrally located: about a 15 minute walk to the train station and JR Tower and less to the clock tower, former government office building and the botanic garden. Our room was a deluxe double that included a queen bed and a sitting area. We were shown to our room by a... More

This modern yet traditional upscale hotel is positioned perfectly in central Sapporo, across one street each from Odori park, an Odori ST station portal and the streetcar terminus; I could even catch a glimpse of the Yosakoi festival from my room! Wifi and ethernet were blazingly fast and worked flawlessly in the room. Service was tops; for example, I asked... More

Stayed here for 2 nights booked non smoking room with breakfast included through the Qantas website. Turned up and got a smoking room with no breakfast. Not the hotels fault ski won't hold that against it. Overall friendly staff and nice neat and tidy rooms. Nothing Flash but for the price very good value.

We stayed in the Superior Double room for 3 nights. The room was quite large by Japanese standards. Not high-end, but good basic decor with above average wooden accents and styling. Basic and efficient bathroom with good temperature and water pressure. Pretty decent central location to many businesses, with a plus of having a street tram station located nearby. Overall an... Stayed one night in Sapporo city and chose this hotel because of reasonable price and great location. It is only few minutes from underground malls and subway, and within 15 minutes walk to most place of interest. It is a block from airport shuttle bus stop. The room was spacious, basic but comfortable. The heater could have been little weaker... More
