Everything about this hotel is average. Fairly good (but not very good) location, clean rooms but very small. Rather poor western/Japanese buffet breakfast. Used by tour parties. Difficult to say whether it is good value or not, because prices are so variable.
Bottom line: there are better places to stay in Sapporo that are cheaper, the same price or more...
