Great central location with easy access to all main areas in Sapporo. Friendly service by the staff who were not great at English but tried hard to assist. Lovely view from the room across all of the city and mountains.

Love the view. Rooms are smaller than a lot of places but fine for the price. Excellent location; walls are thin; bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Outdated office equipment and it's a dollar/page if you need to print anything.

JR tower has a great location, but I think it is over priced First, similar to most Japanese hotels, rooms are not spacious, beds are not very comfy. Second, walls are very thin, so if you have a noisy neighbour, you won't have a good night sleep. Third, room service is so-so, especially by Japanese standards.

The staff at the front desk did a good job taking care of all our needs. We found the rooms spacious, offering a nice view of the city of Sapporo. Wifi is available with a stable and strong signal as expected in any 21st century hotel. There is a wide range of restaurants and shops in the lower floors including... More

We Chose this Place behause of its Location and its good ratings. We were disappointed about three issues: 1) there is insufficient breakfast capacity and we needed to wait up to 20 minutes to get a seat, 2) we needed to pay a cover charge of 5 Euro to sit at the hotel bar, ending up with a bill of... I've stayed here all the time whenever we travel to sapporo. The location is great. It is close to all the major department stores, shops and restaurants. But this time around, our room smelled like sweat the moment we walked in. This is probably a single case from previous guests but... it was not very pleasant. But the rooms are... More

This hotel couldn't be better placed for exploring Sapporo- it is right next to Sapporo station, Daimaru (my favourite department store), bic camera (electronics heaven), stellar place etc and a 5 minute walk from the lovely Odori park, clock tower and other big department stores. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The lobby... More

We stayed here to 2 nights as the last hotel during our trip. The hotel is at a very convenient location, with access to Daimaru & BIC Camera/Uniqlo. It's also right where the train station is - we didn't need it, but am sure it is very convenient for independent travelers. Our room was compact, but nice & clean. I... More

We spent two nights here on the way to Niseko. PROS 1. Location - Wow! The location was perfect. Right on top of the train station, and connected to Daimaru and hundreds of underground shops around the area. If you are in Saporro for just a short stay, this is just perfect. 2. Staff - The staff we fantastic. Always... More

Location: Right above Sapporo JR station, yet sinage is unclear, it took me a while to walk around to find the hotel entrance. Service: It took the staff a long time to find my reservation. Concierge service is underpar. very insufficient bell staff. Very disappointed at the service, definitely not a 5-star. Room: I believe the rate we paid is... More
