The Hotel is above the main Sapporo train station. Get off the train go down one level. Look for South exit. Follow signs to the bus, go out the door and turn left. With luggage it is very easy. Rooms good size. The bathrooms were fantastic. Many little goodies. Toilets with heated seats and bidet combined in the toilet. Best... More

You will find the hotel right next to Sapporo station. Highly recommended to travelers with big/many luggage. They offer excellent views over the beautiful city -lots of green during the daytime, countless stars in the evening.

I stayed overnight in this hotel but I still remember this hotel as the location is fantastic. Just across the hotel you can simply shop a very interesting local stuffs. It was 8 degree Celsius in the night but the excitement kill it. You should take this hotel as a good option in Sapporo.

The staff are attentive, the rooms large (by Japanese Standards), we stayed in a twin room (40m2) and the location right next to the railway station is very convenient. Hotel has some good restaurants, and there are many more in the shopping centre next door. The hotel also has a recommend list of smaller 'local' restaurants in a six block... More

Great central location with easy access to all main areas in Sapporo. Friendly service by the staff who were not great at English but tried hard to assist. Lovely view from the room across all of the city and mountains.

Love the view. Rooms are smaller than a lot of places but fine for the price. Excellent location; walls are thin; bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Outdated office equipment and it's a dollar/page if you need to print anything.

JR tower has a great location, but I think it is over priced First, similar to most Japanese hotels, rooms are not spacious, beds are not very comfy. Second, walls are very thin, so if you have a noisy neighbour, you won't have a good night sleep. Third, room service is so-so, especially by Japanese standards.

The staff at the front desk did a good job taking care of all our needs. We found the rooms spacious, offering a nice view of the city of Sapporo. Wifi is available with a stable and strong signal as expected in any 21st century hotel. There is a wide range of restaurants and shops in the lower floors including... More

We Chose this Place behause of its Location and its good ratings. We were disappointed about three issues: 1) there is insufficient breakfast capacity and we needed to wait up to 20 minutes to get a seat, 2) we needed to pay a cover charge of 5 Euro to sit at the hotel bar, ending up with a bill of... I've stayed here all the time whenever we travel to sapporo. The location is great. It is close to all the major department stores, shops and restaurants. But this time around, our room smelled like sweat the moment we walked in. This is probably a single case from previous guests but... it was not very pleasant. But the rooms are... More
