I like the spa. Hum,Sarami, Olive and Hokkaido vegetables are so delicious at the breakfast.

Location: quite good, next to Shin-Sapporo Station. Around 8-10 minutes from Sapporo Station by JR Train. Also, easy and quick access to the New Chitose airport (roughly 20 minutes). There are some restaurants and shopping centres near the JR Station. Room: Quite spacious in Japan. Quite loud noise by the elevators (particularly noticeable at night). Elevators were terribly slow -... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in Aug2014. Recommended with some excellent features and some reservations. PROS: 1. Large western sized rooms. 2. Helpful friendly staff. 3. Good WiFi. 4. Included breakfast was excellent both western and Japanese style food was great. 5. Japanese restaurant was excellent, but expensive. 6. Excellent view-we were on 25th floor. 7. Walkable from train station.... More

i spent 3 nights here recently. I got a room on a smoking floor 22nd. Since no rooms were available i had no choice. The entire floor stinks with smoke so first tip do not go to a smoking floor at all if you are a non smoker. Rooms are tiny. Electronic safe is on the floor, so if you... More

Nearby of Shin Sapporo station, with supermarket that's opened until midnight. The room is somehow look small and cramp with not much of space to walk on. The bathroom is also quite small and old looking. I think the hotel should provide a transformer ready just in case their guests requested for it, since Japan's voltage is 110v, while my... More

Sheraton Sapporo is just a 3 min walk away from the Shin Sapporo JR station. Location may not be the best if you would like to visit the attractions in downtown Sapporo. However, I have to say there’s everything around the hotel area. There’s a mall and supermarkets as well as, many food places nearby. This is a great place... More

The location can be a plus or minus depending on how you see it. It's not in the central part of Sapporo (in fact, 10 min away at Shin Sapporo station), which means that if the sights in central part are your focus, you would be traveling quite a bit. However as a JR pass holder, it is convenient to... More

The hotel was ok. Appreciated it got free wifi plus nice view on 22nd floor. My wife and I were so struggling about the bathroom noise whole night long, and the hotel staff couldn't do anything about it. They should change room for us.

Hotel is just a block away from the Shin Sapporo station. The staff was friendly and cooperative. I stayed there for a week for a conference and had lunch from the restaurants there, dinner only couple of days. Being a vegetarian they made Vegetarian food specially for me. Room and general service decent , not too bad, but nothing to... More

It is a dated and tired hotel located within train ride from the center of Sapporo. The need for refurbishment is very pronounced in bathrooms. Overall the room/bathroom interior can be mistaken for the one belonging to an interstate motel. Exterior windows were not cleaned for centuries. One big negative is the absence of any gym/health club facilities. However, the... More
