Hotel is above average in facilities and location. It's rooms are average size but well furnished. Nice pajamas, slippers, tea kettle and bath room is big. Nice toiletries are provided. Very close to all the shopping streets and restaurants. Service is efficient. Thoughtful extras are provided when there's a need. Eg.. Extension cords, etc. hotel is suitable for business and... Not our choice of hotel but had no choice. Very outdated rooms, very small and confined. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good location. Overpriced for Sapporo standards we paid 77,000 yen (per night) for 2 rooms, 5 people incl breakfast. They are rated 4 stars but I am well travelled and would rate this 2.5 stars... More

I stayed here whilst visiting for the sinew festival in a Sapporo. The staff were so polite, originally speaking to me in Englush before realising that I could speak Japanese. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I have no experience other than this though, as I spent most if my days out walking around, instead... More

I stayed at this hotel for my business trip. The staff are kind and willing to help me read the map for my meeting place. The bed is so comfy, the room is clean and I really love the bathtub. After a long day fighting in the meeting room, I think this hotel is good for me. It's located near... More

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights as a group of us were doing the Hokkaido Marathon. It's well located to the starting area & end point (about 10min walk); also walking distance to the JR Station & Susukino area. Excellent location. Hotel is a little dated & old but still fairly well maintained. Rooms were clean and size is... More

I stayed here for my last night of my Hakkaido winter trip. The furniture is worn out, small room but better than I expected. Not far from Sapporo JR. We managed to walk there on the snow with our big suitcase. The staff can speak English. As we booked the rooms at low price, it is value for money, especially... More

The hotel was about 3 blocks from the JR station. It was very convent with good restaurants in the same block. The subway stations are close but it always seems that you need to walk a long way to the subway in this area. The rooms were nice. They had a big buffet fro breakfast with a good selection of... A large older hotel with a good location in Sapporo, between Odori park and the train station. Service is lackluster, staff doesn't smile or seem to want to help. Physical product is old, but clean. Was fairly glad I was only at the property for one night. Wouldn't recommend other than for just a bed at a decent location. Really... More

Had to stay overnight in Sapporo and move out to Otaru the next day by JR. We tried to look for a hotel near to the JR station for convenience as we are a group of 7 with large luggage bags. The usual Toyoko Inns and JR Inn nearby did not seem to offer triple sharing rooms. Managed to find... More

For the rate we paid I would think this is one of the best deal in Sapporo. The service is 5 stars to me. We were trying to rent a car and the girl at the counter went all the way out and brought us to the car rental next door and did all the translation. The staffs smiled all... More
