Location: (GREAT!) Excellent as it is about less than 5 minutes walk from the Sapporo station. Sapporo station leads to the Chitose airport and other parts of Hokkaido. It is also very near the Nijo market and I walked to the market to have my brunch. Also near the Premium Outlet store - probably about 7 minutes walk and some... More

The ANA Hotel Sapporo is very centrally located, just a 5 minutes walk from the train station. We stayed there for one night in October 2013. The rooms are small and a bit worn, but very clean and functional. Everything worked well and the internet was free of charge. We especially enjoyed the view from our window over Sapporo. Staff... Location. Very good, near a subway station and about 10 minutes from the main JR station – which is full of shops and eateries. Some very good food there and nearby at very reasonable prices. Staff. Excellent and helpful. We had to leave our cases there overnight when we were travelling and they have a good and secure system for... More

Rates in booking.com a lot higher than Ana hotel websites. It is also not clear what kind of room you are getting when you book through booking.com, eg. Room size. Double room is only 12000 yen in hotel website but booking.com charge me 20200 yen per night. I called booking.com, they said since I choose the non refundable, the best... More

I've chose ANA hotel because of its location. When we visited Sapporo, there were still a LOT of snow. Imagine carry your suitcase along the street covered by snow, let me tell you it wasn't so fun. ANA hotel is within a walking distance from sapporo station, prime location! The room was small but not too small for 2. It... More

Hotel is located close of JR Station. Spent 2 nights as part of a tour group that experienced hotels all over Japan... Best part is the staff. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are old and not as well kept as it should be as a 4 to 5 star hotel in Japan. There is no WIFI in the room except in the lobby even then the signal is not good. Hotel is very near the Sapporo station and therefore it is very convenient to walk to the train station.... More
