Getting to the hotel is easy from Chitose airport. Go to Level 1, buy a ticket from the vending machine for Yen 1030 for the Chuo bus and the ride takes 1 hour. Bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel's entrance. Hotel lobby is huge, and since it was New Year's Day they offered us fresh sake... More

This is a very nice hotel, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It doesn't have a pool or other hot spring but is good for a short stay. The room is western style with a large ensuite bathroom which is quite the opposite from the usual Japanese style. The hotel is a short walk from Kikusui metro station. If arriving from... More

I went to Premier Hotel to stay 3 nights, Some hotel staff English were pretty good. It's pretty important for me especially we were 8 people and we did not know how to speak Japanese. It's very convenient to walk to everywhere. They also offer free shuttle bus to JR station. We travel to every place by train and bus.... More

I was very positive surprised out the size of the standard rooms in the hotel. No need to book a bigger room. Bath room is perfect with a separate shower in all rooms. Price value is very good in the hotel.

This hotel is pretty easy to reach using the Chuo Bus from the Chitose airport. It cost 1030 Yen and an approximately 1 hour trip will take you straight to the door steps of the hotel. Just be aware not to sleep during the journey and listen attentively to the announcement of the stops (which is available in English). The... More

Contrary to some of the reviews on this hotel, my husband and I find this establishment quite enchanting. We booked this hotel for it's reputable brand (Renaissance Hotel) and thought the changing of name to Tsubaki may affect the standard of service etc. but not at all, we were very happy with the room and bathroom (rather big as compared... We stayed at the hotel by using our point redemption. We were impressed with the room as it is very spacious and well equipped. Although the hotel is located quite far from JR and subway but it is in walking distance to sushikino area. Restaurants and bar are around 500 metres from the hotel. What we loved the most is... This hotel could still be good with a renovation and a change in management and it is not surprising it will no longer be a Renaissance and part of Marriott from October 2015. There was no recognition of Marriott Rewards status (early check-in) and the lounge and breakfast was just OK. Rooms are large by Japanese standard and quite good... More

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!! This is a 2 star hotel( if that), which charges 5 star hotel prices. Everything is old, old, old. The only good thing about the room was the shower which was all glass and looked newer. Customer service is terrible. We asked a concierge to make us a reservation at a Tokyo restaurant (our... Renaissance Sapporo exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, although some furnishings were aging somewhat. The bathroom had both a tub and a nice shower. Internet speed was exceptionally high (40 Mbps) and the fitness centre is very well equipped. A downside to the fitness centre, though, is that it does not open till 10am. Breakfast was... More
