I had two nights at the Best Western Hotel Sapporo and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had booked a Superior king room which was huge with a fantastic bathroom to match. It was spotlessly clean, bright and everything worked well. You couldn’t really have asked for more. The front desk staff were excellent and check in wasn’t a problem. There is... More

When we were planning our trip to Sapporo, Best Western was my last choice - it just didn't seem right. However, we were thrilled with what we found. Rates, booked through Agoda, were good and we felt we got great value for the money. Our room was spacious, including a king size bed, love seat and tub in the bathroom.... More

Check-in was fast. Front desk staff was very helpful providing us with options to Chitose airport for our return. Stayed this hotel for 5 nights and house-keeping staff did a good job making sure the room is clean with complete amenities everytime we came back to our room. Room Wifi speed is fast. Location is good as it is only... More

Very good value for money for a short stay in Sapporo. A comfortable and very clean room although bed slightly too hard and the in-room temperature was difficult to control - sometimes too cold and sometimes too hot but perhaps hard to keep constant due to freezing winter temperature outside! Reception staff helpful despite language barrier. The value-add for this... More

The price of this hotel was relatively cheap, the room was well funished, and big enough with 2 sofas and table. The toilet was good, well warm and had automatic spray to wash.... Located southern part of Susukino, but still walkable from Susukino or Odori. High speed internet and free all over the hotel and room. Highly recommended hotel.

Just returned from a two night stay whilst visiting the snow festival. Extreemly happy with my choice of hotel. Room ( twin) had two double beds and a small 'living' area with chairs and small table ( next to beds so not separate area). Very spacious by any standard not just Japanese. Bathroom was functional but clean. One annoying thing;... More

I stayed here for a few nights. I booked via their Japanese website, which seems to offer better deals. I was able to secure their top room (Premier) with breakfast for a fantastic rate. Upon arriving, I took the airport shuttle from CTS and it drops you off literally a block away. However, you have to find your bearings a... More

The check in was smooth although 2pm check in rigorously applied. Rooms were surprisingly large easily accommodating large 3 beds. Very clean and well appointed bathroom. Wifi worked easily. It is well located and easy walk to the city. Nearby metro or tram and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity it. Breakfast better than ok with a Japanese fast focus.... More

I chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed. After spending 2 weeks paying USD$200+/night at ski resorts, this was an amazing deal with a much nicer room at less than half the ski resort price. I chose this place based on proximity to the Sapporo Beer Museum. As it turns out, I should have measured. This... More

This is a hotel with a 3-star lobby but a 5-star room. The room is trendy and spacious, a rare gem in the city. It is not in the busiest part of the main road, but that is what I prefer -- the distance from the hotel to the hustle bustle shopping area and eateries provides me with a good... More
