We stayed in February 2013 during the Snow Festival. On arrival the check in staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was large by Japanese standards and great value for money. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definately choose to stay here again.

This hotel was located at the very central part of Sapporo, with short walking distance to shopping areas as Mitsukoshi and Tanukikoji. It's our first visit to Sapporo. The hotel's biggest selling point is probably its location. We were also pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They helped us navigated through a snowy night for a wonderful culinary experience from a local's point of view.

The 2000-yen buffet is an "order buffet", which means a buffet, plus you can order one entree. The entrees are small but superb. Try the deer if you see it on the menu. The fish is also excellent.
