Glad that I chose this hotel as this hotel is simply marvellous from every aspect!! Location: Hotel is close to a sub way station hence going from airport to hotel is very convenient and perhaps the only down side is that there is no elevator close to the exit of the train station close to the hotel. Additionally, the airport... More

Friendly staff, great location in Susukino, loads of restaurants around. Very close the subway station as well as the tram. Hotel is very clean and neat, staff friendly. Room was a little small, however as I was travelling alone, it was comfortable. Bed was comfortable, however there were only two pillow options, the hard Japanese style pillow and a second... More

we are very satisfied with the hotel, the hotel is very clean, new, modern, spacious room too. it's located in the downtown of Susukino, very convenience. there are lots of restaurants near the hotel, it's a short walk to trams and subway, walking distance to Sapporo TV tower, town hall, and susukino underground mall and markets.

Mercure is typically not on my radar of hotels to stay (having some bad experiences with them in Australia), but after trolling through the reviews of my preferred hotels (in Sapporo) on trip advisor I was left unimpressed until I stumbled across the reviews on Mercure. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the porter to assist us... More

We stayed here for a total of four nights, the first two nights and the last two nights of our Sapporo trip. We booked the Privilege room through expedia Singapore. Not sure what the difference is between our rooms and the normal rooms but we absolutely loved our stay here. The room and bathroom were really clean and there was... More

Mercure Sapporo is situated at the Susukino district. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and functional. It is confidently located. Just 10 mins walk to Nijo Market. There are so many restaurants, reservation is not necessary.

This is my first time in Sapporo, it was in November 2013, and it came with the very first snow of the year. The hotel is quite new and modern, with fine facilities, compare to other Mercure Hotels I've experienced, this one is cleaner, more up-to-dated interior style and very convenient location just right in the heart of the city,... A group of families traveled to Hokkaido for a ski trip together, and we chose to spend two nights in Sapporo. Another family chose the Mercure. I've stayed in many hotels that boast Western styles or Western amenities in Japan, and I've not been impressed. The Mercure impressed me! We did stay on the upper floors known as the Privileged... My husand, 10 month old son and I, stayed in this property in February and we have nothing but words of praise! This was our 1st overseas holiday traveling with a baby and the hotel staff made this a very enjoyable experience for us. We booked a porta-cot and it was in the room ready for us, made up nicely... I stayed in this hotel for a week on a skiing trip that required an unexpected stay in Sapporo. I needed flexible dates (there was a medical emergency involved), reasonable price and a central location; this hotel was able to provide all this and more. My stay was during the February snow festival, so all hotels were very busy and... More
