This hotel is located in the middle of everything you can imagine. We stayed for 5 nights (April 2015) and had plenty of room for our 2 large hard-shell suitcases. As mentioned it is connected directly to the Tanuki-Koji street (famous shopping alley). Rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. I speak Japanese so communication... We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. It is located very close to the Susukino train station (3-4 minute walk) plus it connects directly with Tanuki koji street (the famous shopping strip in Sapporo). Rooms were very clean, great size and the shower water pressure was excellent. Definitely would recommend for other travellers.

My husband and I chose this hotel because of its location and reasonable room rates. We stayed here during the Sapporo snow festival for 3 nights. We didn't really have any high expectations of the hotel but we were in for a nice surprise. Firstly, one of the hotel entrances faces the covered shopping arcade. This was very convenient specially... More

Book 2 rooms from 10/2 - 13/2. Location was easy to find, just follow the instructions on the Hotel Japanese site. Rooms was clean and was given a high floor as requested. Staff was also friendly and helpful with directions. The only downside was staff was not flexible and did not give a good first impression. After a long flight... More

Am glad to hv selected Watermark over others in same areas. The hotel is fairly new. The guests here are mostly individual travelers. Unlike another one close by is full of tour groups. Hence environment is a lot quiet, not crowded. It's located at shopping lane full of eateries. Unlike 1 comment I read it's very easy to locate. Just... More

We stayed four nights in this clean new looking hotel a few minutes walk from Odori Park. Small but perfectly formed, the room had a great bed, made efficient use of space and had a separate toilet and shower. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc provided is nice and we loved the body sponge! Staff were super friendly and... More

Slightly difficult to find when you get out of the susikino subway station. main entrance isnt well signposted. alternative is to find the back door via the Tanuki Koji Shopping Street (5th street). Overall the hotel was good by Japanese size standards. Very clean. No in room safe but you can find easy to use safes on the good floor... More

Great Price (online from yahoo japan, jalan, JTB, or other travel websites), very clean, all the amenities you need, snug room, awesome rooms. This is one of the best budget business hotels in Sapporo (as in <5,000yen/night). Great location too...right in the middle of Susukino, near the subway station, and everything you need is around and near the hotel. One... More

Good price, great location in the heart of Susukino and the rooms are modern and so clean that you wonder if the hotel just opened. Maybe it did, who knows, but anyway - they're clean! Now, there's no English sign. I took a picture of the sign in Japanese and will attach it this review, so if you see this... More

I stayed this hotel for 2 nights in 2 weeks ago. The location is good, only 1 short block from Susukino subway. the hotel is clean, organized, and good sized for Japanese standard. The main door of the hotel is a bit hard to find, there is no obvious sign, but there is side entrance from Tanukikoji with the bigger sign....
