I stayed at this hotel with my wife just for one night. The room had only 15m2, where we were difficult to open suitcase. Unfortunately, the room was smoking room, which had made us uncomfortable, especially, at the beginning. The receptionists were friendly, but I was uncomfortable that they asked the guests to complete the application forms for the membership... More

As I am a member of Toyoko Inn, so I can book through the website with cheaper price. I'm not sure whether you can get a bigger room or not, but they arrange me in a bigger room. I'm staying in room 1310. Only rooms on my side are bigger rooms, all the other rooms will be a little bit... More

What could be better than seeing the hotel right across the road as you walked out from the train station? Just fantastic location. It is right across the road from the Susukino subway station. Plenty of restaurants around and of course convenient stores too. The room was small, typical of hotels in Japan, we have trouble trying to put our... More

First, I must say the rooms are really small but then having only paid about US$50 for such a central location you really can't squibble. There's also free breakfast and wifi in the room! It's located next to one of the subway exits and it's only two stops from Sapporo station. In fact you can even walk underground to the... More

We stayed here primarily because it was the cheapest non-hostel available. It was $60 a night for the two of us to sleep in a "double" room for five nights. While the room was matchbox-sized, it seemed cheery and had everything we needed. The bathroom was literally a step-up closet, but there was still room enough in the shower for... More

We have just had 4 nights as our first ever Toyoko experience. We paid roughly AUD$90 a night for a twin non smoking. A bargain really as it includes breakfast. Breakfast is more that substantial for Japanese or European palate. Fresh hot croissants and bread rolls were filling enough for me. Location is excellent for great eateries and 2 minute... More

Inside the hotel it's like any Japanese Toyoko Inn with all the standard layout and amenitites. Excellent entertainment district location. Breakfast at this location is much better than elsewhere, with 2x - 3x more Japanese selections.

This is a superbly located hotel, situated right in the heart of the Susukino, Sapporo's main bar and restaurant district. During the snow festival the hotel is right accross the street from the Susukino ice sculptures and only ten minutes walk from the Odori Park site. This is part of the Toyoko Inn chain and, as such, the rooms are... More

This Sapporo branch offers typical excellent value Toyoko Inn rooms. The location can't be beat. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast consists of miso soup and rice balls which we found boring after a few days.
