We just stay for one night in January and this hotel offer attractive package. Room rate with dinner and breakfast is fair enough. If you make booking earlier and you may enjoy the early bird discount. Dinner have variety of food items. Onsen on the roof top is super excellent as you can enjoy the onsen under snowing. This is... Prior to my stay, I emailed the hotel as I needed help on route-planning to the nearby Sapporo Kokusai Ski area, to and fro. Much appreciation to the staff was who very responsive, very precise and helped me with suggestions, bus routes and timetables which were probably impossible for me to find out by myself. My stay at this hotel... More

I booked 3 onsen hotels during my this trip. This one is the best value one. Free shuttle bus front sunshine sport club -near nijo market -drop off point on the way back is near odori -just go underground you can find coin lockers to store your luggage or catch 3 subway lines from here. 2 onsen you can enjoy.... We stayed in Jozankei three times and twice it was at Jozankei View. However, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere next time. First, it's good points: - good value for money, large room, good food - very nice onsen plus large water amusement park, great for kids (but being adults we liked the dead sea salty water bath). - nice... Stayed in this hotel for one night on a tour and it was around 1 1/2 hour drive from Chitose Airport. As my mom has weak legs, we specially requested for a room which was not tatami as she would not be able to get out of bed on her own. Our room was western style and very spacious with... More

We wanted to stay at this hotel for one reason solely: it has a lagoon world for our little daughter, and too our surprise it was pretty good! Our family had a good time at the lagoon and the onsen before dinner. The dinner itself was an enjoyable buffet, the dining hall was spacious. Although the room we stayed in... More

We stayed at main building in room On 9th floor..Booked non smoking room but room was with smoking smell. Window opening was small and full of dirt .. Cannot see view clearly. We stayed here one night so cannot give a very full review of the hotel. We stayed at a non-smoking room on 15/F in the main building (主館) which is having a view of the mountain. The room is a Japanese and western style max, meaning there is an area with Japanese style flooring and table that you sit on... More

From outside the hotel looks like a hospital. It's massive but aged. You can see how many people are there during breakfast and dinner time - the restaurant can accomodate 700 people. The buffet meal is average, which is expected in such a massive resort. The room is not well heated, but the bedding is comfortable and warm. The water... More

Jozankei view has indeed a great view, especially from the rooftop Onsen. For the price, this is well worth a visit. Rooms are a bit small but not oppressively so, just Japanese standard and thus a little smaller that European rooms. The whole place is glittery and airy with lots of glass, gold and typical Japanese prints on the walls.... More
