Overall: Great rates even during Snow Festival and great location, but several minor problems made the experience less enjoyable. The Osaka Cross Hotel is much better so I was a bit disappointed.. I stay a night in this hotel, first lobby smalll, reception ok, when you go to your room with the lift you need to use your room key (good for security), corridor is very dark no decoration and kind of grey carpet on the wall... looking everything but definitely not a corridor of hotel, room spacious, but furniture look cheap...... more
