Really nice hotel, great location. Cross floor room has extra amenities which made it more comfortable. Would stay there again. Only a 5 minute walk to JR station and subway station. Great Goyza bar next door! Baths on top floor looked lovely. Did't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on Restaurant, went to the meet bar for drinks which... More

Stayed here in a double room for 5 nights. The room is small, which is typical for Japanese hotels, but everything is provided for. It was very clean and fairly new. Location is convenient with Sapporo station just 8 minutes walk away and downtown is only 10 minutes walk away with very easy access to subway. Would definitely recommend for... More

Nice decoration, small room but cosy. Not too far from Sapporo station. You can also walk to clock tower, government house and odori park. It is also near famous crab restaurant. Gyoza place next to the hotel is so amazing!!!!

We stayed three nights and found this hotel to be convenient to the rail and places in the center of the city. Breakfast was a generous buffet in both European and Japanese food, rooms were clean and quiet, beds comfortable. Just a block or two walk to the main rail station or to the underground network. We also used the... More

Why four stars? Location, location, location!!! Although there are numerous other positives to this hotel and our experience during our stay here, the primary advantage is their awesome location: walking distance from the Sapporo station, Odori park, Sapporo Clock Tower, Nijo fish market, shopping (Sapporo Factory, ESTA, etc.), restaurants, etc. Sapporo Beer Factory and Beer Museum are also nearby. Other... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2015

As other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel is well located, very modern, and is generally very comfortable for this price category. However, some things to note. First, the guestroom corridor security cameras are placed in odd location. There was one right above the entrance to my room, giving me the feeling I was being watched. Secondly, those traveling with children... More

The Cross Hotel in Sapporo is very convenient. 2.5 blocks away from the JR Sapporo Station and central shopping...1.5 blocks from the clock tower and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Nijo Fish Market. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Onto the rooms and why we rated the hotel 3.5 stars. Although we upgraded to a deluxe room... More

As I've stayed in Cross Osaka before so didn't hesitate to book In Sapporo. Just read few comments and feedback and then book it right away on Expedia. We got good deals as I had book 3 months in advance so got good value. Superior Double room cost us around U$103.00 per night. Hotel was easy to find. We got... More

Attracted by its trendy look, TV tower view and onsen in hotel booking site and had a trial. Pros: - Onsen with modern look - Free-Wifi in room - I love the resting room near onsen with great night view. - Located between Susukino and JR stations (10 walks each) and 1 mins from under ground street - Choices of...
