Room was a bit bigger than average Japanese small business hotel room. Hotel was very clean. The indoor public bath was a very nice thing to have after a long day. We had to ship our suitcase to other hotel and the staff was very helpful.

At first I was pleasantly surprised: a modern, stylish business hotel. Rooms are of moderate size, very clean, with usual facilities. The small fridge can be stocked up by the vending machines available outside. The hotel is centrally located with Sapporo Station just a 5 minute stroll away; so is the main shopping area. That said, I would have rated... More

This hotel is very modern, not sure if it can be classified as a boutique hotel. Although the room is small, very common in city hotels, it has excellent location. You are located between the Sapporo JR station (where the big shopping malls are) and Odori Park (easy access to Susukino), both are 5-10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was great... More

The staff in this hotel is helpful and nice. I have made two bookings for 4 nights in late July. Upon check-in, the hotel arranged a room to us but afterward they need us to move to another room in which we don't know the room is smaller than the first one. We are disappointed about this arrangement. However, this... More

Probably this is modem style hotel. It is not easy to spot the hotel since is hidden in other high raise building and front desk in level one as well. The ground level of the building has lift only to access the hotel, looks like business building at first from us. The color of the front desk and room are... More

Was an amazing experience especially given it has a beautiful public bath on the 18th floor that was great to relax after a long day! Also good value for money and very convenient location :) Definitely will book there again1

Even though this hotel has small rooms (which I later found out is quite common in city hotels in Japan), the room itself is very space efficient and well-designed, from a practical and aesthetic point of view. The service is very good and friendly; all the hotel staff will greet you with a smile when they see you. Their English... More

From the onsen on the 18th floor, the amazing breakfast buffet, modern chic decor, cleanliness, ultra convenient location, there is little to be picky of this place. Absolutely and strongly recommend for any traveler. I think the only downside is the staff don't speak English too well, but they clearly try to provide the best answer and service possible. Highly... More

I booked the hotel last minute and the only room they had available was a "STYLISH ROON" - I felt confident because it was highly rated on Tripadvisor. The hotel is conveniently located - walking distance from the JR station and Odori - great location and that deserves 5 stars. It is also clean and well maintained and possibly a... More

We stay in their double room in Cross Floor. Its spacious with good view, we can see the Sapporo tower from our room. Its location is very good too, just in the middle of the JR station and the susukino, really convenient. If we visit Sapporo again, we will stay in Cross again. One more, its staffs are very polite... More

Thank you for staying at Cross Hotel Sapporo. At Cross floor that 15th floor to 17th floor, there are special amenities and facilities. We located the centre of downtown; it takes about 15 minutes to Susukino by walking. I am very happy to hear that you will stay in our hotel if you visit Sapporo again. I am looking forward... More
