Room is clean and bigger than other hotels in Japan. Location of hotel is between station and susukino. Just 5minutes by walk. Airport bus stop is in front of hotel(to new chitose). but It's almost 1:30 takes to airport due to via city.

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days for the Sapporo Snow Festival. The location is ideal, right next to the festival (Odori Park), and a short walk from both Sapporo station and Susukino. The facilities are clean, comfortable and appear relatively new. Our room also had a nice view of the snow festival. The public bath is nothing special, but... More

We chose this hotel for the Yukimatsuri. It is directly at Odori, so you just have to cross the street to be in the middle of the festival. The hotel is a good business hotel with a nice lobby and a nice little Onsen on the top-floor. The rooms are for Japanese business hotels spacious, very clean and offer on... More

Comfortable bed, clean, powerful shower, great ofuro, just in front of Odori Ave where the Snow Festival takes place, easy access to/from Sapporo Station and Susukino. Perfect location for enjoying Snow Festival area. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the front desk didn't warn us that it's not possible to enter the breakfast restaurant with room... We booked it last minute and was quite surprised to find it for such a good rate. The hotel entry is very nice and new looking. The rooms a very comfortable, not large, but very decent sized for Japan. We had view over looking a car parking lot and watching the snow fall is quite enchanting. The location could be... More

Excellect location, just on top of the subway and only one subway station to Sapporo JP station. Friendly and helpful staffs. I had been in Japan before and I expected the room will be very small, but surprise me the room is not as small as I expected (compared with same price hotel in Hong Kong or Singapore). Overall, highly... More

Hotel resol is right smack in the middle of the snow festival. From our room we could see the Disney sculpture and watch the events. It is a functional hotel. Mainly chosen for proximity to the festival. It has efficient cleaning service but no bell service:( it is e,xpensive because of location so they have no other offerings execept room,... More

Recently spent a week at this hotel on the 10th floor. As others have commented, excellent central location for access to railway station, the excellent metro system and the main nightlife district, Suskino, with clean but small room and decent buffet breakfast. Staff spoke English. Only down sides were that the room TV had no free access to CNN and... More

This hotel is very well located for the ice festival. We had views of the sculptures from our window which was fantastic. The subway is across the road. English is not the best but you can make do. The hot baths were beautiful. The breakfast was good. Clean rooms a little small but it is Japan. The only complaint was... More

The hotel just next to the Odori subway station & Odori Park. From Sapporo JR station around 15 mins if on foot, (very recommend take subway if you are taking heavy luggage) and just few mins to Susukino, very convenience. Their services just OK, can do better. My room at the lower floor (special price, I forgot 1/F or 2/F)... More
