The Hotel is near JR Station and metro, so it is easy if you are a tourist and you want to visit the city. The room space is enough. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel is quite cheap compared to the quality.

This hotel is located relatively close to Sapporo JR station, just 3 minute walk from the North exit. We got a twin room, which was rather small. However, the room was very clean and all basic amenities (hairdryer, toiletries etc) were provided. For the price, it was a very decent hotel and I would stay again if I visit Sapporo.

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel Fino for 2 nights for our Honeymoon, we wanted something decent which was close to the station, which this hotel ticks these boxes! We booked through JTB, so prices were probably a little higher than if we had booked ourselves. The staff had ok English, but were extremely helpful and polite. Convenience stores... More

The hotel is close to the north exit of JR Station. It was about 10 minutes walk. The room setting, interestingly, is almost the same as Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. However, Mitsui Garden has more comfortable bed and pillow. The staff at Fino is polite and helpful. There are several convenient stores nearby. The wifi at guest room is free... More

1) Easy access from Sapporo JR station north gate to hotel. 2) Friendly/helpful staff who offer daily forecast at lobby for tourist consideration is plus. 3) Room price is valued as discount offer. 4) Breakfast is general tasty but worthy to try local food. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here.

We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western and though it is the not the 1st word in luxury, it was nice, cozy and clean. As per most hotels in Japan of this class, the double room we had was small and Spartan. The hotel is fairly new, hence everything works as it should. Even though it was a non-smoking... More

I was staying there for 3 nights, it is a 3 person room, quite a small room to me but i can stand it...only the TV channel is not very suitable for the non Japanese..great buffet breakfast that suit everybody.....great location just a 5 mins walk for the Sapporo train station even not need to turn just walk straight..

I had initially booked for a one night stay, and subsequently booked it again when I made my return trip from Otaru. The hotel, especially the room is modern, new and clean compared to many other hotels in Japan. The room is typically small but the bathroom is nice and big. The hotel lobby is scented with aroma oils and... More

I am a non-smoker but they gave me a smoking room for the reason of full house. I stay there for 7 day and I needed to tolerate the smoking smell in the room. I asked them whether I could change a non-smoking room in the next few days of my stay and they claimed that no room is available... More

Two things I love about this hotel are the location and the cleanliness. The hotel is located less than 5 mins walk from JR station. And there is a Lawson minimart right opposite the hotel. If you like walking, you can even walk into the city and we did that too. The stayed in a double bed non-smoking room for... More
