One of the nicest Best Western hotels in the world and one of the nicest hotels in Sapporo probably with most reasonable price. The room is extremely comfortable with a very nice sitting area. The staff are courteous and very helpful. We asked for an extra luggage rack since we have two large suit cases. They have a nice rack... More

If you want convenience and a clean comfortable reasonable priced hotel, this is good. However I would not stay here again due to the arrogance and rudeness shown by managers especially to me and one other customer. First of all, I did not find the staff in general to be welcoming or in any way friendly, just perfunctory. Wifi was... More

This is a clean, nice and modern hotel in Sapporo. Its one of the better places I've stayed in Japan. If you're going to an event at Zepp Sapporo, like I was, then this hotel is right across the street!

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting our son. The room is small and the bed (which was 2 queen size beds pushed together, I think) was huge but it worked fine for us. The bed was a bit hard, but maybe that is the norm for Japan. One downside was that when we first arrived the room did... More

Location was pretty good, right off Nakajima Park subway and also close to Art hotel which has a airport bus stop. We took the airport bus (Chuo I think) and while there were quite a few stops, got us close to the hotel without having to lug around luggage on the train and subways for 1000 yen. Within walking distance... More

This hotel is below average, at best, for a value-class hotel. The location is removed from most of the activity centers in Sapporo; the receptionists are less-than-helpful for a value-class hotel (especially in Japan), the cleanliness of the hotel is below-average, and the rooms are small and cramped. We stayed there in early Feb, 2012. I had done extensive research... More
