The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Sapporo station. Straight out main entrance and visible across plaza (so if you go out the wrong exit you are aware of your mistake and reverse direction). Once there, you can work out access from underground pathways to avoid bad weather. A long established business and tourist hotel that... More

I arrived at late evening. It's very good that the hotel is connected with underground shopping mall, JR and subway, so freezing and windy weather outside would not affected the movement. Only one drawback is the dark corridor outside the underground lift lobby so one might not easily recognize the hotel entrance. There're 2 choices of buffet - one is... More

Stayed 5 nights from end Jan to early Feb. Arriving Sapporo by train from Hakodate, this hotel was connected by lift and underground passage to JR Sapporo station which made for very convenient access even in inclement weather. The only downside is this passage has a few up and down steps to navigate. Those with heavy luggage might find it... More

I picked this hotel for a 2 night stay based on its location and it doesn't disappoint. Very conveniently connected to the JR station through an underground walkway. Various shops and restaurants are literally a few minutes walk away from hotel. Some of the ski transfer coaches departs from Century Royal so another advantage staying here for those transferring to... More

Love this hotel location. It is connectted to the sapporo main train station by underground walkway. Also we can walk through underground walkway to department stores and shopping area. Kinokuniya book shop and Starbuck coffee is in the next building (they have orange coffee which we are addicted). Bus stop to Niseko or Airport is also very close to the... More

We arrived JR Sapporo station at 2.30 pm and took the West Gate exit. Tried to follow the signs to the hotel but it disappeared after a while. We knew it was near the Daimaru so ended up asking a staff. As there was a snow storm we took the subway but there were 2 flights of stairs - not... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and celebrated my hubbys birthday in their reknown rotating restaurant - the sky. First the location is right connected to the JR station and all subways plus the underground shopping mall. Lots to eat, see, and do. Room is smaller than jr tower but in decent size. Acceptable for my family. Breakfast is also... More
