This was a one night stay for me and the hotel was pleasant enough. Rooms were good, nice and comfortable and very clean. I thought value for money was excellent, and I would certainly stay again if in Hangzhou.

the room is small for the price that i paid (USD100). the staffs' English is limited so communciation very difficult but i would like to comment on the staffs at business centre and concierge. They are very helpful and try their best. the breakfast has lots of varities the lobby is beautiful.

Stayed for one night, but had stayed here previously probably in 2007. Big hotel inside/ adjacent to what looks like a shopping mall. Nice big rooms, got discounted rate £65 per night making it great value. Staff quite competent in English.

If you stay in this hotel, get the double bedroom. The king bedroom has a weird layout. It's like they integrated the bathroom into the bedroom. The TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. The desk and chair is directly below the TV. To the left of the TV is the shower stall. To the right... More

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years, though I now prefer to stay in Hangzhou city for the better restaurants options etc. The rooms in this hotel are excellent offering a variety of qualities you can choose from and all at a very reasonable prices, especially compared to Hangzhou city itself. The restaurant on the first floor... I have stayed in this chinese run hotel in mid-December, 2011 and with the following observations: Upside: -Great clean hotel with all basic needs provided (Very good). Downside: -Breakfast: Limited selections, too many cold dishes, may suit non-Asian who enjoy salad types. (compared to other hotels visited in different cities in China, will suggest need some improvements in this area... More

This six star hotel has some unique corner rooms with a separate washroom with a view of the city. These corner rooms have only a shower whereas other rooms only have a tub. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning quiet. Great for a restful sleep. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear the tv in... More

Stayed here for one week during my 3 week backpacking trip to China. Location is a little far away from sites in Hangzhou such as the West lake area but very convenient to take the bus/public transportation (It only cost 3-4 RMB and 45min-1 hr to visit East Lake) Front desk is not that helpful and English is somewhat limited... Business trip to Hangzhou. Can't fault it from that perspective. Busy thoroughfare, so somewhat noisy ... Nothing to do with the hotel, but if anyone can advise a simple (direct) way from Hangzhou - Shanghai airport it would be much appreciated.

I've stayed here a couple of times and have recommended it to several clients with business in the area. I believe this rated a Chinese 5-star hotel, and I will not argue this. I you have business in the southern side of Hangzhou this is a nice place to stay. However if you are vacation, I recommend staying in one... More
