Cant beat this ocation on west lake. Full buffet with many breakfast choices. Dinner restaurant also excellent. Freindly but not overbearing service staff. Pool and health cub clean, not crowded....overall, a great place to sty in hangzhou if you want modern, and location.

Nice hotel. Very courteous staff. Very clean comfortable. Lake view room was worth the extra money in this hotel. Upsell for regency club was also worth the extra cost when factoring in breakfast and evening drinks. Excellent location. City bike rentals are very easy. Don't be intimidated. Do that rather than the private vendors.

Great location but request a lake view or disappointing....rooms ready for a revamp and this has started. One thing that has improved is the service at reception but not at the buffet...surly chefs with no English make life a problem...
