Stay here for the third time and is nice and clean. The gym is good and there is a indoor pool but I never try. The hotel is big so need some walking. There is a Starbucks closeby which is one of the main reason I stay here. Very hard to get taxi specially if is raining. I had once... More

We stayed here for one night when we visited Hangzhou on a private tour. So as for location wise, we cannot comment, we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel after our sightseeing. But doesnt seem to be far from the city and major attractions. The lobby is very grand with 4 individual reception desk and guests get... More

Stay here for two nights and very big hotel with few buildings block. The room is nice and clean and my room facing inside the small park in the middle which is pretty nice and quiet at night. The bfast is just average but not much choice around so is ok. There is a bar call In Club in block... More

I went to the Dragon Hotel a couple months back and it was such a beautiful place. The restaurant buffet there was fantastic and there were chocolate and cheese fountains- well worth the $60ish USD. There are cameras in the peepholes, so when someone comes by your hotel room, you can first see who it is before opening. When you... More

The hotel lobby is draw dropping, lots of marble, spacious and high quality, bit of a walk to lifts to get to your room from the lobby, but you walk down a large corridor surrounded by a tranquil garden. The hotel is so big it is a little overwhelming. The gym was adequate but thought it would be larger given... More

Wanted to stay here before but was fully booked! Very high class trendy hotel with recently new renovated rooms. GREAT Staff at great value for money. The views are not as great environmentally, But the whole building has that feeling of business type hotel.

This facility takes great pride in positioning itself as an innovative "smart hotel," and to some degree it succeeds. Check in actually is slower and more laborious than other places -- almost embarassingly so. The rooms are quite nice and there are some neat touches such as directional areas pointing you to your room when you exit the elevator, or... More

Location is very close to mayhem that is the city centre of Hangzhou, yet it is surrounded by tranquillity. From about forty minutes to an hour from the international airport depending on traffic. This property I am told is one of the first few international standard hotels that opened. Of similar vintage to the Shangri-la Hotel down the road. This... More

Government owned and successful. In order to reduce tax liabilities they have a rather large annual CapEx budget. The guest rooms are fitted out to the max right up to the peep hole in your door with view into the corridor being a video camera with screen. Sophisticated AV system etc etc. Avoid the Italian for dinner. Otherwise you will... More

This hotel is on the northern part of West Lake which in my view is an excellent location, as many of the attractions are either on the west or east side of the lake. Plus it is very easy to get a taxi from this hotel. The service was friendly and all around excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean.... More
