We stayed (group tour) at the Redstar Culture Hotel. Our travel agent changed it at the last moment saying that it was better than our previously listed hotel since it was newer. This hotel was dirty and had such bad service. The rooms were smelly and the food buffet was so bad you couldnt even eat the toast. If you do any extra services there, like foot massage or activities, they will pad the bill with 10 extra charges. We had to argue with the manager for an hour over some of... more
