Stayed here for business meeting for 1 week. Stategically located in the busy city of Hangzhou. 10 minutes travelling distance by cab to famous West Lake. Decent hotel with good facilities. This was a very nice hotel, with excellent buffet service and good amenities. Unfortunately, they are building a new hotel next door, and the lobby felt like you were inside of a pounding drum during the day and late afternoon. Both the buffet dinner and a dinner in the hotel's Italian restaurant were outstanding. More

Lovely room on the 14th Floor (city view) - West Lake is about 10 mins. away by taxi. We enjoyed the King bed (very firm but comfortable) , robes/slippers/scale (we keep track of how much we've over-eaten!) and staff/service were excellent. Just stayed here for the night. Nice lobby. Good service. The bell boys are very fast. Check in was quick. Usual problem with Chinese hotels in winter, the room's too hot.
