I stayed at this Hotel for two reasons, first the location 5min away from Xihu is very good and also the price is reasonable. This Hotel has some 90s flair, I think when it was built it was one of the most beautiful Hotels but it is starting to age. The rooms and Hotel in total are a bit dark... More

5 minutes walk across the road would be the west lake. And this stretch of the lake would very near the musical fountain area. The hotel room is huge and comfortable. Reception check in & out were fast and efficient. The bell boy at the door is also very helpful to give directions and which restaurant is good to eat.... More

The hotel is not a Ramada anymore since February 2015, I was surprised to see that the lobby looks old style, like end of 90's style hotel, which you still can see in many Chinese hotels. I understood that they decided to go alone without the brand, because anyway their location is great and of course they can make more... More

The hotel is in a good location just a few steps from the west lake. The structure is good and rooms are of good size but everithin starts to age a bit and would need some refreshment to get to high standard. WIFI works fine and breakfast is good and aboundant. Price is reasonnable. Definitely a good solution in Hangzhou

It was my first time in Hangzhou. The online comments about several hotels in Hangzhou were just so-so. Considering the brand "Ramada", I booked this hotel. There is more than one "Ramada" hotel in Hangzhou. When I got on the taxi, I had to re-confirm with the driver that it was "Ramada Plaza Huahai Hotel". But the driver there seemed... More

Stayed in Hai Hua Hotel for 2 nights , it is located in the old part of Hangzhou which is a designated Unesco Heritage Site. Nearby within walking distance are shopping arcades, restaurants /pubs , a main train station and touristic site. The room is spacious ,fully equipped with full set up of room amenities including personal items for sale.... More

Quite nice hotel with strategic location. Walking distance to shopping mall and about 10-15 mins walk to west lake. Room, included bed, bathroom and sofa quite clean. Value added they offer some variety of pillow to improve sleep quality of their guests. Wide variety of international buffet served for breakfast. Hotel staff is quite friendly but they speak little english.... More

To the lake it's a walking distance of 10 minutes. Price average is good what you get back for. It's a old hotel but everything is clean and the breakfast is even better then the Wyndham that is around the corner that has the same owners. I would suggest this hotel to people that want to go the the west... More

We were booked at this hotel by Audley Travel, who booked this as a 'first class' hotel. It is NOT. It is a simple, decent hotel, breakfast is OK, staff is nice even if they do not speak english. Location is good if you want shopping and walking to the lake.

Ramada Plaza Hangzhou is very near West Lake in Hangzhou. At about half the price of the neighboring hotels on the lake, the Ramada Plaza offers a good value for your money. I stayed on a Saturday night and it was pretty packed with Chinese and Western tourists. The restaurant was a zoo, but relatively clean. Rooms have not been... More
