While on a tour of Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Beijing with our marching band, we spent one night at the Edinburgh. It was easily the roomiest, most comfortable hotel of our tour. With its relative proximity to the airport, downtown Hangzhou, and West Lake, this hotel is in a pretty convenient location for business and tourism. I didn't try the meal service, but there's two convenience stores next to the hotel and I found this great place across the street called Mocha Cafe. This hotel is a high rise nightmare. Very dirty, stuffy rooms, with limited space in the bathroom. It is located near an interstate, amongst many other high rises. No other amenities close by - poor breakfast in a less than clean dining room.
