In downtown Hangzhou (25 minutes walking from West Lake), the hostel's located in one of the prettiest areas. It's surrounded by all sorts os restaurants, cafés and shops, but it's pleasantly quiet for sleeping. Stayed two nights in the attic bedroom, which was super comfortable and clean. Shared toilet (same floor) and bathroom (two floors fown) were clean and well... More

I stayed here last night and would definitely do so again! I got a private room and slept well. It is located just off of the old shopping street which is a must to see. I rented a bike from the hostel and biked to Lingyin temple then to the tea plantation. If you're an active person, I strongly suggest... More

Location is great because it's right where everything in Hangzhou happens. Shops and restaurants are all there. Lake is also nearby (20 min walk). As it's on a pedestrian street, the taxi or subway will leave you at 10-15 minutes distance from the hostel, which means you have to walk a bit with your luggage. The rooms are clean and... More

This nice and comfortable hostel is located near a pedestrian street, 20 minutes walking distance from the lake. Rooms are quite clean and the staff is, well, not rude, but even not incredibly helpful. The subway stations are not very near. I reccomend using the one at the end of the pedestrian street just out the hostel on the right... More

Had it not been for the staff I probably would have given this a 4 star rating. I am a Solo traveller and therefore would have preferred it to be a bit more social than it was, however everything else about this hostel was brilliant. The reason the staff were so good, firstly they were really friendly, easy to communicate... More

I travelled to Hangzhou with a friend for 2 nights at the end of October. We stayed in a 6 bed dorm on the 2nd floor and loved it. The beds were big with air con and individual lockers, reading lights, electric plugs and shelves. The hostel has a great atmosphere. The common room is huge with comfortable couches and... More

Spent twice a night at Wushanyi, before and after an Anhui Trip, and both times very pleasant stay! Staff is extremely nice, I was lucky to be part of some bicycle tour around the lake that they arranged on a Saturday night for a small fee. Really good breakfast, and coffee. Stayed in a double room - 2nd Floor Rooms... More

Liked this place a lot. Don't know what the dorm rooms are like, but the private rooms were pretty much like a hotel (even had tv and a hot water kettle) and was clean. Liked the neighborhood a lot, and especially enjoyed food street lots. Glad we didn't stay near the Lake but in this part of town instead. Would... More

Two years ago I went to Hofang Hostel which is just around the corner I would say Hofang hostel is slightly better and they have cute rooms for couples but this hostel is very chill and staff is just as friendly and helpfull and just 3 seconds from the very famous night street food market (the fried dumplings, grilled fish...
