This is a great choice for Hangzhou. It's on a busy road, but set back and we had no noise issues at all. An oasis of calm with lots of natural wood and our room had a lovely corner to sit in with complimentary apples, plus tea making facilities (but the cups were typical Chinese size, minute, could do with... Great place to stay. Frendly staff and cozy setting make it an enjoyable stay. The tea set in the room is the plus points. Spoilt for choice over their mini bar selection although it is not free. Daily replenish fruits makes up for it. Details like non slip mat and bath salt makes it a must to get a good... More

It's my third visit to the Tea Boutique Hotel in Hangzhou. As always, it's very clean with nice decoration, spacious room, etc. This time I got a jacuzzi in my room (just check the last pics I have uploaded). Now for the cons: the staff gave me at first the key of an occupied room. They of course changed it... More

We loved this hotel so much that we spent loads of time hiding from the hot, humid summer heat in our room. The room was really well laid out and very stylish in a lovely, understated way. Big spacious bathroom. Big spacious bed. The service was wonderful. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and enjoyed it a lot.... More

The Tea Boutique Hotel's exterior doesn't do it justice. Doesn't look all that much from the outside but the interior is superb. The rooms are nice appointed and roomy with a small sitting area and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have experienced in China. The room has fruit delivered each day for you to eat which... We stayed here for a few days before and after our trip Huangshan and really enjoyed it. Our room was stylish, very clean and comfortable, there was complimentary tea in the room and good coffee from an espresso machine in the business area. The staff were really helpful and Jared was incredibly helpful even walking us to show were to... More

Spent one night here in May and really enjoyed it. Fantastic staff (the manager was especially terrific, very helpful with my group). Excellent restaurant, beautiful rooms, and the entire space has a simple, clean feel. Really well done. The city is very spread out, but the hotel has a good location close to West Lake, though it would be a... More

Recently stayed at Tea Boutique Hotel for two nights. The property was selected due to proximity to West Lake (without being on the lake or having views of same - and paying the price!) as well as its tariff. We found the staff to be extremely helpful (sufficient English to assist us), the room very comfortable with a small sitting... More

We couldn't fault this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom! The staff were very helpful in recommending nearby locations to eat and providing us with maps and arranging a taxi. We hadn't booked breakfast with the room but we ended up having the buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and were overall very happy. The staff was very friendly and always keen to help. The room was very spacious and we loved the wooden interior style of the room. There was a sofa with a table and a plate with apples and small tomatoes that was filled each day. There were... More
