The property is very modern and luxurious, clearly at a 4 or 5 Star level. The staff is quite friendly and courteous, however, most speak little or no English, making communication an issue for Americans. This is probably the only negative about the hotel, especially for international travellers. (The General Manager, who is from Cupertino, California, does speak English.)
We stayed on the Executive Floor -- our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is well appointed with first-rate fixtures. The breakfast and happy hour at the Executive Lounge was excellent. We tried two of the hotel's restaurants. The Chinese restaurant is outstanding. The Cafe, which features western cuisine, is just fair.
The location, although near the airport and fairly central, is not great. There are shops along the street near the hotel, but it's definitely not a "happening" neighborhood, especially at night. But again, due to the central location, it's not...
